TWC removal request

Total vouches after the incident: 10, at least two worth way more than the amount related to the incident (1.5 to 8 times)
Could have been much more, but vouches are voluntary, not mandatory, even though we ask for them whenever possible
Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: Poor trading practices - neither the seller, nor the buyer were notified that they were participating in the middlemanned transaction
Anything else you wish to say:
Our trading practices have improved and lesson has been learned. We continue to operate without further incidents (the only exception being one preemptive report related to a failed payment due to technical issues, but this was resolved within a few hours).
It has to be pointed out that the fact that neither the seller nor the buyer were aware of the circumstances played the vital part in the incident. If there was at least slightest trace of evidence to suggest otherwise, this would not end as it did. However, a returning customer of ours ended up being scammed for 400M, and the seller did absolutely nothing to help the case.

Nevertheless, we are sorry that it ended the way it did. Rest assured, all efforts are being put to ensure that no such incidents happen again.
