Edit: he added me after now and said he will try to pay me back later this week, still looks wierd since the recovery email is just like his, will see in a weeks time i guess

I didn't recover, and during the trade I said I wasn't Original Owner. The current email attached to it is not mine, as I am moving at the moment and don't even have my computer set up. I told him I'd reimburse him what was paid, just need to finish moving and see if I can afford it all at once. I did warn of the possibility of recovery initially, but said it would most likely not happen. I cannot control the actions of the original owner.

Provide all the screenshots you state of warning you are not the "Original owner" either way, you are still responsible for what happens with the account once it is in your possession. You are also responsible for refunding the user that has been scammed.

Even though you mentioned you're not the OO, you did tell the buyer not to worry about a recovery. You are still responsible for it.

You need to reimburse @Norge for the full payment of the account.
