Protecting buyers from a different angle in regards to all account trades

I have been pondering this idea since I replied to a suggestion about making the rental section safer.

What if there was some encrypted system where to rent an account the Owner of the runescape staking account have to enter the login name and have it registered with the system, nobody can publicly see the login information due to encryption.

Then make it a rule so when a buyer wants to rent an account, they enter the username the Owner gives them, enter the profile link of who's renting it to them, and if it's a match then it gives them a success message. If not it gives a red flag and auto reports/TWCs/bans/infracts the owner as a suspected scammer.

Then when people do scam, the login name of the runescape account remains as blacklisted in the system so the Owner cannot register the name from vader accounts.

Should the Owner/scammer of the account want to lease the account on sythe again, then he/she must go through the appeal process and refund any past victims.

If there is any possibility of this happening, it could easily be applied to all account sales too, runescape or not. Potentially transforming Sythe.org into one of the safest markets for accounts.

no, I disagree because account sales is probably the most cancerous rs 'black market' trade, nothing you or anyone can do in avoiding a flagged account. Anyone conducting business in that 'section' should have or requires to have some sort of sense related to the trade. Basically, if you don't know anything gtfo or pay someone 'trusted'. Isn't that the whole point of the vouch system? weed out the scammers, but suggestions are moving away from this and allowing the 'admins/site' to dictate what seems trustworthy, as if the site were it's own living thing..

EDIT: nvm i don't really see a practical solution for this to be done, as no one in their right mind would release the username prior the payment being done already, unless a middle-man is involved which wouldn't be very practical
