    Elite Dust / Hattez

    I want to dispute the unfair ruling.

    I have compiled a list of statues that apply in real life and fallacies within Sythe's broken system.

    I am not liable for the full refund, the report should of ended where Hattez lied about him himself redeeming the card ( He gave confirmation he redeemed the card when in reality he never did redeem it). I don't know why the report didn't end there and that's total fucking bullshit.

    If any of you staff want to get educated on principal and liability moral I will fight this case. I refunded John $75 out of good will and sold him $1000+ in Amazon Giftcards already , he already saved $300+ alone on the GC's I sold him.

    Whoever voted "Yes" Elite Dust is liable for a full refund you're a fucking retard.

    I will happily educate any of you stupid fucks who really think I am liable for 100% of it.

    @Elite Dust the decision was made via a full staff vote and it was found that you are liable for the full refund.

    There was a lengthy discussion and when put to a vote, a 100% refund garnered a majority.

    Much of the vote hinged on the lack of proof in the notification of Hattez about the 14 day expiry.

    Your only avenue of dispute would be through Sythe himself as there is no consensus among upper staff (including admins) on the refund amount.

    I'm full aware that the decision was made after a vote from staff but

    that doesn't mean anything to me. We got staff members who vote "no" on anything with my name on it just from pure bias. Now don't give me the whole "We do unbiased rulings bla bla bla" because it's a load of horseshit. The system is weak and unfair. If JohnG would of had "Elite Dust" removed and used something like "John Doe" I garuntee you the result would be different.

    Anyways, the staff vote doesn't mean anything. Like I said I will educate anyone of you who thinks that I am fully responsible. I've done research on this particular subject and if you want a lesson on liability and moral add me on Discord.

    Once again, the report should have been closed the second Hattez confirmed he redeemed the giftcard. In reality he never confirmed it and gave it to JohnG. Like are you niggas fucking with me or what? This is unfair and clearly I would not be liable, even if it were in the real world.

    It's just like this scenario:

    Person A sells a car to Person B.
    Person B was actually flipping the car and bought the car and sold it to person C.
    Person C bought the car without knowing that the engines bad, tires need to be replaced, and that the radio doesn't work. Who is liable? Of course fucking person B is.

    I paid him 50% of the damage out of good will when in reality I shouldn't have had to refund a dime. I can write an extensive report and many scenarios and statues put in place that would find me innocent. I don't know why Sythe jurisdiction lacks a backbone and they can't even think straight. You all are a bunch of fucking clowns.

    Hattez brought a 3rd party without informing me and you guys think I'm going to be out of the card + full refund the 3rd party.

    Am I on Sythe.org or am I at the fucking circus?

    Now tell, I'm pretty god dam sure that Hattez confirmed that he redeemed it when I gave him the card? Was I ever aware of the 3rd party? Did he ever tell me that he lied and didn't redeem them but rather sold them to John?

    You had an obligation to tell Hattez that the gift cards were expiring on a certain near date, since normally they have a long (10 years) expiry. If you had done this then you would have no liability for loss arising to the expiry.

    Hattez had an obligation to tell John the same, but Hattez did not know because you did not tell him.

    Under common law privity of contract applies as you've pointed out. A typical scenario similar to this one is where a wholesaler sells a faulty product to a retailer without fully informing the retailer of said fault, and then the retailer sells it to the customer, again without fully informing the customer of fault -- mainly because they themselves lacked the information to do so.

    The common law remedy to this is the consumer sues the retailer. And the retailer separately sues the wholesaler. However to save time the whole bundle is usually attached into one lawsuit.

    Tl;dr Hattez has to refund the full amount to John, and you have to refund the full amount to Hattez.

    This is not sufficient. The product was defective and nothing you said or did indicated the defect to Hattez.
