SCAMMED ME 16M "OOO"

So this scumbag was supposed to get me to 99 mage via bursting monkeys. gave him all details and paid him 16m. i insisted i was changing my gear (had almost 160m of gear on) because i wanted some gold for my main, so i sold my kodai wan and told him he can use ancient staff instead. he began to get VERY sketchy and tried to convice me to leave the kodai wand on there so he can take a "sccrenshot" for his thread. when i told him it sounded sketch he began to make up some more bs and then ACCEPTED to give me a refund due to me not wanting the service anymore. so i waited till he said he was on. NOW when he was supposed to be on he has blocked me on skype LOL! all proof is posted. @OOO
