Self vouch/twc evasion?

So on the thread here you can see there is a vouch from latvia47 [VOTE] TWC Dispute - Live Legend (https://www.sythe.org/posts/25824813/)

Type live legend's Skype (ljoxa15) into Google and this comes up on YouTube with latvia47 in the title on a video from 8 years ago



To have the same name in the title of a YouTube video on a YouTube account with the same name as the Skype just looks so suspicious and then they end up doing a trade on here together?

I've got evidence that links 2 other users to Live Legend. Whether or not they're just workers that use similar details or not I don't know, but if any info is required just let me know.

 

Regarding that scam report he says he is 'very busy' and 'was going to refund anyway' https://www.sythe.org/posts/26112144/

But in that gap between starting that service and the scam report he continuously bumped his service threads and posted on service requests linking to his website.

He has posted in 4 threads today offering his services how can he be busy? It's like he takes on services and when he realises he has ones he would prefer to do over others he just neglects them (notice how all these are nmz, can offer to do 4 nmz services in the same day but can't complete a thieving order/not cancel it until a scam report gets made?)

Also he posts in this thread offering to do a magic training service about an hour before he responds to the report about himself - magic and the thieving both click intensive so why make himself available to do magic but not complete a 5+ day old thieving order? https://www.sythe.org/posts/26110543/

Extremely poor business

The scam report even mentions he tries to use his website to get around sythe rules which is completely true

I have issued a TWC to Latvia47 for now, possibly resulting in a 2 week ban later on, but going to wait for some more moderator/admin input here before doing so.
Also I have issued a DNT to Live Legend till the scam report is handled, that should prevent him from bumping his threads again.

 

It is all simple to explain. For the beginning he is my cousin. And account i was selling was mine at the beginning, i was the creator but he was playing it. Then he stopped playing for a quite long time and i had a permission to sell that account. I have sold it. But after about a month, a guy that had the account decided that he dont need it and he asked if i want it back for same price, as he already got some stats on it. I bought it back of him. And gave it back to my cousin. (I had my own interest in that as he was gaving some % of the payment to me).
Then i have done service for him, you can find vouch somewhere in my vouches, and i said that he can vouch for me.
Not long time ago he came back to me saying that he would want to try to do services as well and asked me for some tips of how to start it. I hepled him. He wanted to vouch for that as well (Saying that i have helped him in a lot of things) but i didnt let him and said that i could get banned for that as far as i know. So he didnt.
So thats what leads me to him, and as you see he does services as well. I can link you to his personal skype and you can talk there. Hes english language is a bit poor but he is able to chat. Or i can make a conversation with moderator or someone where we will be both.
Also scam report is sorted almost, just waiting for other person to contact me as we got different time zones, and in time i sleep hes awake.

 

Can you turn on your imagination please, and you will see that posting, takes only few seconds, can be done through the phone, also i got other person on live chat, that can accept order on my website. And as you can see i always say you can PM me or contact via live chat. Almost every person uses live chat. So i dont see anything wrong with that.

Im feeling sorry for you people, the only thing you look for is to ruin something you dont own! If you can check i was always refunding people if i was blamed and sythe staff made a decision that its my fault. How can i provide a bad service if im still getting good vouches in same time?! Yes i know sometimes im slow, but im not a person that sits on the PC for 24/7! I got my own life as well. Im trying to be good as i can but you dont care, you just see what was done wrong and waste your time on reporting me. Thats so sad of you.

I tagged latvia47 in that spam thread and saw him view it but no reply
