rosrev scammed me and took my bank.

i was made to believe he would achieve a firecape, with 1 prayer and 1 defence on my account for the price negotiated. he has been on my account and cleaned my bank without completing his task.
i dont know what proof i can post that the service was incomplete, because the fact my account has nothing left. and relevant screenshots, besides the conversation on skype, there is no other relevant screenshots to be displayed in reference to trade screenshots. the only proof that it is incomplete is the fact he didnt respond on skype confirming it.
