Colts7841 getting me perm. banned on OSRS

I needed 63-85 range done on one of my accounts.

I was going to use C0ngs, as I have used him in the past with no problem.
He was charging 25 mil, but I realized he used workers.
Colts showed himself to be more trusted saying he doesn't use workers like other people.
If I had realized that instead he bots I wouldn't have used him as that is NOT safer for anyone.

We agreed one a 33m payment with me providing supplies. C0ngs only charged 25m, but I was willing to pay extra for SAFETY. About five to seven hours after he was finished, I had just got home from work to check our discord messages, he said that the job was done. That was at about 1:30 a.m. When I got home at 7:30 a.m. I tried to log in and it said my account was disabled. I checked the status and it said I had a major macro ban which is Not Appealable which happened on April 26 2017. Hours after he finished the job. He said it would take two days, but it took around three to three and a half. I am assuming he was running out of time, and just started running a bot on the account until the job was finished.

I had all the proof on video which I can post here, or I would prefer to pm whichever number of mods need to see it as it might have information on it I would like only mods to see.

If needed I can just post it here though and try to omit personal information.

Proof has been pm'd to all mods/admin online.

 

Please attempt to recover your account and claim it was hacked. This usually works to get the bottling bans squashed. This helped multiple people in these situation. I haven't received the pm from you however with the evidence.

Even if they said that I have no way to get it unbanned even if I email them it will be ignored? I will try right now regardless.

Just for clarity @Azie @Excelont I sold @Purewinker the account for 200m 07 not too long ago:

The user had me change the password once for him after @c0ngs was done training it a few weeks ago(?) Notified me that it was banned today.

 

I've sent all screenshots of training to a staff member, I suggest requesting the same from @c0ngs

I believe this is relevant but, everyone who has had access to this account should have to provide photos for every single level attained while use.
As an experienced botter using tools such as tribots looking glass and osbot MM allows users to take auto osbuddy screenshot without raising any flags. This makes disputes such as this even further complex because even if everyone here supplies osbuddy screenshot evidence that still doesn't prove the service wasnt botted. Also due to the fact jagex has delayed bans regularly it is even possible @Young_Sinatra botted the account and flagged it (even if this was months ago). I think the most rational outcome is if the account is unbanned the thread is closed and we move on or if the account cannot be unbanned.
c0ngz/Colts/Purewinker should all be responsible each for 1/3 of the paid value on the account after service minus 15m for colts portion because the account was infact completed
@Young_Sinatra washed his hands with this account when he sold it and shouldn't be entitled to refund the account on this basis.

The person to Quash this ban should be @Young_Sinatra because he is the original owner. This will raise the chances of the ban being quashed.

Put Account login email in and complete captcha
Step 3.
When it asked is this email yours say no
Step 4. Proceed to fill the recovery
additonal information section put
" I believe my account has been compromised"

 

if recovery doesn't get you unbanned, you can appeal for a account review by staff Account Bans all the way bottom.

 

I'm happy you bring this up, I'd like to point out that the clients mentioned and any other with the same feature, are as far as I'm aware not-compatible with resizable mode, which is the only mode we use.

^ is the dumbest thing I've heard this year. You're basically saying that anyone can do get a service then bot on their acc, and if it gets permed he gets a refund from everyone. which is completely unfair.

Service was done the 24th of march, so little over a month ago.

 

I got the same errors when trying to upload mine, had to do them 1 by 1 was pretty aids

 

I have only had these two jobs done, and before that it was not my account. The ONLY training I have done on the account is construction which I believe I leveled from 1-65. It literally took me like two hours tops, and would have been the dumbest thing to bot ever even if you could bot it, which I have know idea if you can.

I did not take s/s of 1-65 construction though.

 

Don't have to take screenshots, osbuddy and other clients automatically does that for you. Right click on the camera button on the client and click screenshots then upload the levels of construction to prove you didn't bot

 

@Excelont @Azie Recovered the account and ban has been quashed. Waiting on @Purewinker to get back to me on skype. Not sure what you guys plan to do on regards to it getting banned, but done my part

 

Just seems to be another case of just claims. There's no real proof if anyone botted the acc so we can't hold anyone liable. Luckily he had gotten his account unbanned. Thanks @Young_Sinatra
