    I join a lot of forums and always ignore these but I can't speak for everyone; even if 1 or 2 people thoroughly read through the PM they get it'd have done more harm than good.

    It's always been a tech issue not an issue of gaining support.

    I support but its ultimately in sythes/Matthews hands that's why this has always been denied.
