Should be some sort of background rather than plain black, it makes it less eye-catching

You do realise your business is going to crash and burn just like it ALWAYS has. You simply don't have the mental capacity to do anything with any ounce of responsibility. You'll quit when things don't go your way and throw your workers under the Bus just like you always have.

if its not too late tell the designer to add an adjustment layer and up the contrast a little to make it a little more readable on larger screens, since it has multiple colors the animation will be a little fuzzy as others have noticed. I think it looks pretty sweet though and whoever did it did a pretty good job. Also make the 1px yellow boarder around it white, yellow looks very out of place
