Yes i said the above because i thought you were accusing me of going on the giveaway account and taking money myself, which is why i stated i never had access to the account because i didnt, then u cleared it up stating you gave me 70m 07 and 300m rs3 from the giveaway account, that i do not dispute.
What i dispute is you said 'you had to pay the giveaway winners' out of your own pocket, and i have very good reason to think you did not, and have Gosu who was a rank at the time and who left with you when you left and opened your new clan who will state that he knows for a fact you didnt pay the weekly giveaway winners, because he was good friends with 2 of them and knows for a fact they never got paid. You left before it was time to pay out the weekly top bettors and opened your own clan, this is why i asked you multiple times now to post proof that 'you paid them out of your own pocket.

 

@Time To Buy hasn't been repaid yet and would like us to wait with voting until he has.

 

If Time to buy is around, can he give an amount that he says i owe him, i've paid him $245 dollars so far, most recent payment i sent him was last nite 11/25/2016.If he says its around $500 bucks i can send the rest $250 dollars right now.

This is a pardon, not a dispute.

You already confirmed I was "only" person who paid out winners.

Are there any reports or screenshots from giveaway winners who said they weren't paid? No.
Are there screenshots of you repaying me the giveaway money? No.
Are there screenshots of you paying the giveaway winners? No.

You should be focusing on paying back the victims you scammed (which is what a pardon is for) instead of lying about them to try to get away with your scam (Farcast, myself).

 

1.Farcast has been paid, so idk what your talking about, and chloe was in skype with us when i did it,and i posted screenshots of it.
2. Again as i been asking for the last 2 week, for you to post proof that you paid out the weekly top bettors their prizes the week that you left, you keep coming up with responses to try to make me look stupid and never post the proof, i dont owe you anything the money from the giveaway accounts was not yours it was to pay out the winners, and you didnt and ranks that even sided with you back when this happened and followed you to your new clan you started say that you did not. I have 1 person left to pay which is not you its 'Time to buy' which i have made 3 payments to and am almost done paying him. Please post proof or drop it, i been asking you to for at least 10days now.

 

Also i wanted to say Xier0 was collecting the weekly fee's from every single rank everyweek and all the buyin money from new ranks who bought rank, the weekly top bettors prizes that were paid to the top bettors each week was a small portion, very small portion of all the money he was collecting, which he left with, and theres hosts that can testify to that, where is all that money?, i owe him nothing, he's been asked many times to post proof and he hasnt, he collected way more money from my ranks then had to be paid out to to the weekly top bettors. So this arugment with Xier0 is over.
But who i do owe money to is 'Time to buy' also known as the nerd, i made 3payments to him so far, and as soon as he is fully paid back i will post the screenshots here so we can proceed, ty guys, and sorry for all the headaches.

thats another $111 i sent to 'Time To Buy' aka the Nerd,
I spoke to Time To buy on skype few minutes ago , i owe him another $311.00 and then my debt to him is finished, ill try to have it all paid out by tonite or tomorrow.

'Time To Buy' has been completely paid, all the people i owed money to have been paid, Xier0 has not posted proof that he paid the last weekly top bettors before he left my clan, and the money he collected from rank that bought in to my clan and the weekly fees that all ranks paid was much more then the money he claims i owed him, and as Dave said he has not shown proof so we can move on.

Why are you requesting screenshots for victims that don't exist for scams that were never reported instead of paying me back? This is a pardon, not a dispute. I provided the screenshots of you receiving the loan, the burden is on you to provide screenshots of paying me back.

 

I've said everything that i have to say in my above post, My part is done i've paid everyone that i owed money to. Farcast has been paid, Time to buy has been paid, and everyone else, you were asked to post proof and you havent. My part is finished and i am now waiting for the Forum Mods to respond on what they would like to do, Ty guys

Twistedtaco's ban reason is that he owes many people money - I am mentioned specifically. Twistedtaco never contacted me over the past two years to repay me what he owed. Instead of doing that, he pardoned, and lied in his pardon to dispute the money he owed me. I then produced the screenshots of our conversation and trades as requested, proving both his claim wrong and the amount I was owed to be $302. Instead of facing the facts from the screenshots an offering to repay me the full amount I was owed ($302), he offered a much lower amount, which the staff mistakenly took at face value as an offer to repay which I refused for apparently no reason.

If there is any ambiguity here, I don't see it. Twistedtaco is banned for owing money, I have posted the screenshot proof as requested with the amount owed exactly.

 

I put Xier0 in charge of collecting the weekly fees from every single rank in my clan. And all the buyin money from every new person who bought rank in my clan. This amount that Xier0 collected weekly was alot more then the 70m 07 and 300m rs3 that he gave me. Xier0 stated that he had to 'pay the weekly top bettors out of his own pocket' how is this true? that was a small fraction of the total amount he collected from ranks each week, and i asked him several times to Post proof that he paid them out of his own pocket, because there are a few ex ranks who say that Xier0 never paid them, Please post proof and i will gladly pay you the 70m 07 and 300m rs3, i asked you to post proof several times that you paid them out of your own pocket, when you did not.

Am I expected to continue to respond to these continued incoherent accusations made by Twistedtaco on behalf of unnamed victims with absolutely no proof for scams that supposedly occurred over 2 years ago, or will I receive restitution?

 

So Xier0 you were in charge of collecting the weekly fee I charged every rank in my clan correct? and you were also in charge of collecting all the new buyin money from new people who purchased rank correct? we had 20-30 ranks at the time who paid a weekly fee every single week, that money you collected each week was alot more then the 70m 07 and 300m rs3 you gave me off of one of the giveaway accounts, so you easily could have paid the weekly top bettors with the fees and buyin rank money you had collected each week, but your claiming that you had to pay the weekly top bettors out of your own pocket, which makes no sense. And all the money you were collecting that was left over after the weekly top betters were paid was to go to the ranks who i owed money to yes? which i have recently paid back and have posted proof early on in this pardon, so when you left my clan you had left with plenty of leftover rsgp that was not yours , it was suppose to go to the ranks i owed money to , but thats not what happened is it? i recently paid them all myself, so what im saying is your argument makes no sense, but if that is the argument you want to use, then please post proof that you paid the weekly top bettors the last week that you left out of your own pocket please? like i have asked you many times, and you refuse to answer that and just keep saying that im a scammer and you are not.
Lets say you collected 2bill a week in weekly fees from my ranks, and you gave me 70m 07 and 300m rs3 from the giveaway account, how would you have to pay the giveaway prizes out of your own pocket when the money you collected each week was much more then what you had given me, so you couldnt have possibly had to pay out of your own pocket, i dont understand what you are not getting about what i am saying!

 

To Summarize:

Everyone has been paid back, all the screenshots i have posted earlier in this pardon, the last step was 'Time To Buy' needed to be paid back in full before we could continue with this pardon, I paid back the last person 'Time To Buy' In Full

Now if the mods can decide If i own Xier0 the 70m 07 and 300m rs3 or not, As i stated earlier and Xier0 attested to it, He was in charge of collecting all clan money each week which was much more then the 70m 07 and 300m rs3 he had given me off of the giveaway acc to pay the weekly top bettors, he stated he had to pay them out of his own pocket which isnt true, and he has not posted proof that he had to.

So if we can have the mods please decide if i owe Xier0 this money in question so we can move this Pardon/Dnt along, ty everyone who has worked on this pardon, i appreciate it. If you decide i owe Xier0 I will pay him, bbut as you can see from my previous post it wouldnt make sense that i owe him .

 

I've posted me paying back everyone i owed money to, Xier0 has not posted his proof of him having to pay anything out of his pocket, because he collected more each week from my ranks then the 70m 07 and 300m rs3 in question, and has not posted proof that he had to pay out of his pocket like he claimed. Can mods please decide whether we can move to voting on my pardon now or whether they think i owe Xier0 this money. Whatever you decide i will agree with, ty, my pardon has been idle for about 11days atm, Ty everyone for your time.

 

Farcast is owed about $120 extra because you didn't adjust for the price difference in gold 3 years ago. When that's paid we can move forward

To Video: Just in case you did not know , few weeks ago Farcast, Chloe(sythe mod) and myself were in a skype call together, and i paid farcast the 1bill and i believe a little extra and we all agreed that he was paid off and farcast chloe and myself all were there , just in case you didnt know. But if you still feel i owe him $120 dollars or whatever the amount is, ill pay it. But if you want me to pay it, please someone let me know where to pay , or who to add on skype to pay them.
