Need to remove 2 step verification. My old device had my 2 step verification but i forgot to remove the device so i can't use my new device with the same phone number on it.

Yes I posted the SVU# in the deleted post above and am waiting on OP to post their code.

 

Ermm, if I'm not mistaken with an SVU # we usually take that to Richard and have him remove the 2fa is the old data matches. Am I missing something :O?

 

I'm assuming you meant to say "if" instead of "is"

In this current situation, I've already asked Richard to provide me with the SVU# of the OP and I've noted it down in a deleted post

What I'm currently waiting for is for OP to provide me with his SVU# so I can check if it matches with the number that Richard provided me with
