    2FA Removal Process

    When requesting a 2fa removal, please note that the administrative team need one of the following things:

    • Your SVU phone number (COUNTRY CODE INCLUDED) - ex. +12345678900
    • If you have donated directly through Paypal
      • Transaction date and amount
      • Your paypal email

    Failure to provide aforementioned details when requesting a 2fa removal will result in delays.

    If you do not possess either of these, then you MUST prove without a reasonable doubt that you are the true owner of your account. If you are unable to do this, then your 2fa will NOT be removed.
