    But really @Sythe, we haven't had a decent number of sectional mods in years. Back in our heyday we had 4 programming mods at once, which clearly was ridiculous. Just let me give it a shot and if I fail you're out nothing and if it works and it get a bit more active I just made you money for nothing.

    I was programming mod and then later support section mod and I had very little to do but I don't think it ever wrecked moral. The mod logs charts were always dominated by over achievers and if anything wrecked moral it was the over emphasis on mod logs by the administration rather than the distribution of work being skewed. I also don't really care all that much because if you are getting really upset about the amount of work there is on an internet forum you are a bit too sensitive and should grow up.

    Six months; 10 sectionals. If you like what we do then keep us and if you think we're morons ban us all.

    I don't see any obvious benefit to having a lot of staff, but I see some obvious downsides

    Currently we have 4 admins (+ Matthew/Sythe), 6 globals and 2 sectionals

    I think the amount of admins is fine (especially if they keep up their activity, s/o to Shin) amount of Globals is fine (possibly 1 global -> admin team soon?) but we have a severe lack of sectionals. Hoping to get 4-5 extra sectionals soon to help out with the mod duties.
