Traxar requesting a pardon for "blackhat/scamming" pt 2.

Well after that got 5 support and got sent to the upper lounge with the admins or whatever I guess it got denied and no one could tell me why.

I talked to roary on skype about a month after it got denied, in September, and this is what he told me:

I was supposed to remake this in December but been caught up IRL with important things.

I think now is a good time to submit my pardon and wish for the best and hopefully come back to the community.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

I joined Sythe in 2011 just day-dreaming about one day owning a maxed RS account, now it's a fun community I like and would like to take part in once again.

I'm not sure how long I've been banned this time but I feel it's been long enough,

My last ban I was banned for much much longer but I feel as this one, half of its for what I've already been punished and banned for in the past?

Thread title may throw you off,

Let me explain the blackhat part first, you can go read the thread the reporter says the report isn't even on the blackhat stuff, but somehow it's still in my ban reason,

The reason the blackhat stuff isn't supposed to be included was back in 2013, I was also banned after selling R2Pleasent a blue partyhat, which lead into him logging into my account, selling the phat for shards, and him getting banned, which lead in a dispute which was clearly in my favour, so R2 dug up some passed blackhat activity on a Forum I used to post in, and I was banned for a very long time for that, posted a pardon, got accepted, I've said it in the past and I'll say it now, all that HackForums stuff was just a phase and forum to post on and make friends since I didn't really have many at the time, and that's exactly what this forum is, I just want to post and be apart of the community. I even have PM's on my account from Roary saying as long as I didn't participate in the activities' I'm fine(IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY, REMEMBER THIS WAS BACK IN 2013.) but anyways, yeah.

On to the "Scamming" part.

As you can see in the thread, there was a scam report on FK about me,

Let me explain what happened.

Basically, I owed 2 people money, Philly (the owner of FK), and my friend, Chill.

Now, this is how it all played out, I wanted a custom usergroup on the forums, and me and Philly were boys, so he was going to charge me $500 for my own group, which I named "Brutal", now since I didn't want to just drop $500 on a group, and he trusted me, I asked to set up a payment plan, $100 a month for 5 months, which he agreed to, I paid $400 of it, 4 months of the bill, so which ended up with me owing Philly $100 still, and on that 4th month, I had gotten scammed for 5 OG AIMs, (which is what I was selling at the time for my income.) So I had to pay back Philly, and to top it all off, one of the AIM's I had gotten recovered/scammed from me was Chill's, (maker of the scam report) so now great I owe him money too, I forget the amount but it was around $100-$200. Now I'm $200-300 in the hole with no way to pay it back and no source of income, so I was panicking, we all sat down one night, and agreed on a plan.

I told Chill to clear my depth from me if I give him brutal (which was already $400 paid off) but, in addition, he still had to pay Philly the remaining $100 I owed on Brutal, so it was fair for everyone,

Once Chill agreed to this, I told Philly to permban me and that Chill is the new leader and he's paying the group off instead of me, and I apologized for making commitments I couldn't fulfill...

I even donated $200 and got SVU after I got pardoned THE FIRST time to show my gratitude for your guys' forgiveness, I just hope and pray that you can forgive me again. I am very sorry. Hopefully I can be apart of the community again and help out!

 

Traxar, you need to post new proof of trying to contact your victim with each pardon. So, please try to contact your victim again and post back in a month with the new evidence. Until then, this pardon is put on hold.

And please move it out of the archives.. I do not know why it got archived TTB gave me a month to get more screenshots of me trying to contact philly, I realize it's been around 10 days over a month but I've been very busy.

That was from a long time ago but I faintly remember it,

I wasn't friends with that kid for that long I barely knew him IDK why he is saying that..

and when I added him to the call and he talked to us both he decided he would go first with Larry because he trusted it and I left the group at that time and never knew the end resolution of that deal, I assumed it went well... but I guess not. IDK why he is saying I middleman'd it, maybe out of anger because maybe he was scammed? I'm not sure, but I wasn't involved in any of the trading and stuff.

It looks like my thread got moved out of the Pardon section and into the Dispute section and I couldn't make this thread in the dispute section, so I put it here. Hope that's what I was supposed to do.

Anyways, after hours and hours of searching and trying to find this "unrelatedscript" on my skype, I found the group the exchange went down, but he left the group after the trade, and I even tried click his little picture but it brings me to nothing, he must have me block or something :/

Like I said no one messaged me after the transaction not even "unrelatedscript" so it just doesn't make any sense to me why he did this, without even messaging me first? I had no part in the scam IF THERE WAS EVEN a scam which I doubt, because why wouldn't he message me first?
