Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

I was advised by Blade to submit a new and hopefully better articulated pardon roughly three weeks ago, as seen here (http://www.sythe.org/15640919-post9.html).

My previous pardon submitted in late February unintentionally omitted multiple banned accounts that I was not initially aware of. I was informed by multiple moderators via Skype that my very dated IP address from roughly five years ago was in some way connected to a variety of banned accounts, one of which (MeerkatLul) was banned for phishing and the others subsequently banned for evasion as a result of MeerkatLul’s ban. The main complication with my previous pardon was that, although I am confident that I did not create the other accounts nor did I post any malicious content, I do not have the means of proving my innocence. With that being said, I’m using this pardon as an opportunity to take full responsibility for all of the banned accounts and any misbehavior related to the accounts.

As for the social engineering, I understand that this platform is not for disputing bans so I will not argue whether the ban is right or wrong but I believe that if a moderator or administrator simply views the “social engineering” thread in question, they will be able to come to a conclusion themselves very quickly. This thread shows myself attempting to recover the Marketmaster account and an additional account that was present on my IP audit however I cannot recall the account’s name. I seek forgiveness from the moderation and administration for ignorantly and irresponsibly involving myself with individuals who posed a threat to this community. I ask that any moderator or administrator reviewing this pardon take the dates into consideration, all of the bans happening roughly five years ago (2011), and perhaps view additional information provided by moderators that was present on my previous pardon. I have only good intentions if welcomed back into this community and hope that the moderation and administration can see this in me.

 

marketmaster -> banned for evasion
xenonlul -> banned for social engineering and recovering accounts with old hotmails
fleets -> banned for evading meerkatlul
meerkatlul -> banned for phishing

Note: Xenonlul was banned by Sythe so this pardon will have to be reviewed by him. It was previously believed to be Shin's ban, but ModCP says it was Sythe.

There is likely information that Sythe knows that we don't (because that social engineering thread is in no way an indication of social engineering), so voting shouldn't start on this one.

Please keep open until Sythe is able to review it.

 

@OP there is an account you forgot about that was not banned. Had to ban it for evasion until this is resolved.

@Staff check my deleted post above. Code was sent and received as expected with no delay, so this nullifies the original ban.

Apparently meerkat is not xenon, but because there is no lingering evidence on the ban, we have to assume that meerkat is xenon. The ban was a long time ago and has no relevant evidence, so xenon has no way of contacting any potential victims for repayment.
