Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Originally only had the XenonLul account and I wanted to recover marketmaster but I didn't know the email. I got banned for social engineering when I made a thread asking to recover the account. I ended up recovering it almost a year ago and as a result evading my ban on XenonLul unintentionally. I'm really not super interested in being unbanned. My sole intention of the pardon is to simply have my skype removed from this thread: http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/1754357-recover-2-accs.html

If I need a pardon for that to happen, so be it. I definitely understand that I evaded my ban but still feel like the social engineering ban was unjust considering I ended up recovering the account myself and the moderator banned me without any question.

After re-reading the pardon thread, I realized I worded my claims poorly and thought perhaps I should give some better insight on the situation.

I absolutely evaded the ban that was labeled as "social engineering" or something similar. I didn't deliberately create a new account however, I managed to recover one of my old accounts which I essentially got banned for trying to recover. Whether or not the original ban on XenonLul was right or wrong is not relevant to this pardon, I'm just providing some context to the situation. This entire situation occurred over a year ago. I can't justify evading the ban but I'd like to note that there was no malicious intent, in fact during my evasion I was on the receiving end of a scam and successfully got the user banned from not only sythe but powerbot as well, with sufficient evidence. Perhaps some karma for evasion.

My plea for pardon is established under the basis that I pose no threat to the community and admit to my ignorant mistake of evading the ban after recovering my old account. I simply hope that my ban evasion is forgiven, putting some of this information into consideration and how dated the entire situation is (dating back to 2014). Although marketmaster was banned for evasion yesterday, I haven't used this website since early 2015, prior to disputing the ban.

As noted in my original post, my entire motive for requesting a pardon is to remove sensitive information from Sythe, however after asking a moderator, it has come to my understanding that in order to have any chance of removing sensitive info from a post of mine I would need to have my ban pardoned.

Information regarding a possible third ban has been brought to my attention thanks to Apith. My IP is in some way associated with the account 'MeerkatLul' which, according to Apith, was banned for phishing. As far as ownership of the account, I cannot confidently claim it as mine for a multitude of reasons: 1. There are many IP addresses associated with the account; 2. I have never involved myself in any phishing activity at any point in my life; 3. I have reason to believe the account was created/used by someone I personally know and not myself.

I also ask that you consider the dates within these situations and allegations. MeerkatLul was seemingly banned in 2011, five years ago. My original pardon request is in regards to a situation in late 2014.

 

If someone you know created it, it's on your IP and matches your info, you're responsible for whatever happened on your IP.

 

This is understandable and I'm willing to take responsibility for the ban due to my association with the account. I do not condone hacking, phishing, or any other malicious activity and I have never partaken in that venture however what I will add to my pardon is that in 2011 and 2012 I was a member of HackForums with my sole interest their web hosting market. A partner and I pushed our web hosting service (Echo-Hosting circa 2010/2011) to many communities regardless of what their community stood for. This was undoubtedly a poor decision but I wish that the moderators here again take into consideration the date of the situation, dating back five years ago. I have not accessed the previously mentioned website since 2012 at most and never had intentions in involving myself in their malicious activities.

Meerkatlul is http://www.sythe.org/members/313086-fleets.html who was banned for being meerkatlul.

I can't find meerkat's original ban reason.

 

After speaking with Blade via Skype he has noted that at this time there does not seem to be a report associated with MeerkatLul however there is an account (fleets) which is banned for ban evading the MeerkatLul ban. I'm extremely confident that this second account is not mine because: 1. I personally know an individual whose online alias is fleets on every website/game; 2. I've identified that the email associated with fleets is unexpectedly that of the person I know. This encourages me to question my ownership of MeerkatLul even further. At this time I have very little evidence to prove that the account(s) are not mine however if a moderator is interested I can try to muster up as much as possible. With the lack of evidence in mind, Blade suggested asking for a pardon on the account named fleets due to the lack of report on MeerkatLul. In this case, without sufficient evidence, I will also take responsibility for the ban on fleets.

This is the ban link. I can't access the deleted thread to see if Meer was hacked or purposely posted this link.

If it was you, you'd have to pardon.

It it was either and account was hacked, dispute period has passed. So pardon.

If it was him and the account wasn't hacked, you're still responsbile for your IP and you'd have to pardon.

So, pardon, explain everything, prove that you are/aren't fleets/meerkat.
