Next Gen Sythe Redesign [CHECK IT OUT!]

Honestly looks pretty decent, good work.

 

Looks great to me, hopefully Richard will consider it.

 

I like the new design of the forum, as others said. Goodjob man. I'm not sure about the logo tho. Maybe you could change a bit the color of current logo to make it brighter if it does not match with the design, but Id keep the one we have.

The 'our community' and 'new posts' just seems a few shades too bright compared to the rest, beyond that I like it

I like it. But i also think we should sell out and add a "facebookish" like button to make messages like this obsolete

 

I like the new design, but the new logo doesn't look good. The current sythe logo looks really good.

i like it because lots of big companies are getting simpler logos for the 21st century

an idea may be that this would function better on phones etc?

 

I like the new clean design and the logo aswell. Only downside is I got used to this one, but I'm always up for changes.

It looks very clean, I'm a big fan.

I think it'll work very nicely combined with the style of forum skin that Xenforo is. vBulletin and the current skin looks and feels very cluttered, the brief snapshot you've provided looks very tidy and professional. I think it'll be less intimidating for newer users.

Looks like one of the biggest concerns is the logo. Here's a quick look at it with the current one. While I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to implement two versions of the theme with different logos, the old logo just goes against the point of the redesign. Everything is supposed to have a cleaner look. Some of you may really like it/feel attached to it since it's been here for a while now but from a graphics designer's perspective when I see something like this with such a design flaw it makes me cringe :/

I'll also throw together some different variations of a cleaner logo some time in the future so it's easier to vote and make a unanimous decision on one.

The old logo seems out of place with the new theme. The new logo fits, but I just think it's missing something.

Looks lovely, especially sleek and about time it got a bit modernised!

Text doesn't seem to fit well with me for the "Last Post" section for some reason, looks to be the formatting? Maybe it will looker right when its populated!
