Thank you for everything

Several months ago I posted a thread about my anxiety and depression. Just wanted to let you all know im doing much better physically and psychologically. My frequent suicidal thoughts have almost been eliminated. No longer am depressed, anxiety still rages but is in a much better spot. Went on a date with a pretty lady, this hasnt happened in a long time lol...Just wanted to thank you all for your honest feedback and support. Ive learned only YOU can control your happiness, and ive done my damnest to get better.

Not trying to be an ass and make this a bragging thread but some positive news cant hurt this forum. To others in a similar situation, I wish you the best of luck. Just fucking work towards something and it happens, which can be difficult of course. Thank you all again for your support

Glad to hear. A success story should ALWAYS be appreciated in a personal help section of ANY forum - It goes to show that no matter how hopeless you feel, there is at least a shard of hope and like myself, you should cling to that hope until it grows
