Player Auctions Customer Service Is Horrible

A scammer sent a bullshit delivery dispute in and claim.... this guy claimed i hacked into his email THEN hacked all his personal runescape accounts AND the account wasn't delivered. He also had a bunch of other bullshit things saying i hacked him.

i took 9 screenshots including the delivery and exposed 4 lies of his in an email to player auctions mediations after it was lifted to mediations team. The whole dispute started on NOVEMBER 26. November 26th was 15 days ago. I sent in my email on NOVEMBER 29th. Bonecrushing evidence, literally if i posted it here 5 minutes bet everyone would see this as an obvious scammer. Im absolutely pissed. Player Auctions is basically holding $130 of mine for no reason. I have opened at least 5 live chat sessions and they always say "our mediations team is still reviewing it." It doesn't take 12 days to review a fucking case? Thats absolutely ridiculooooooous. Excuse my language but it just, im really frustrated. Has anyone else had these problems with player Auctions? I hope they have an account here and see this. This is ridiculous.

That's why you gotta stick to trusted people from Sythe. No mediation team, no bullshit. If you want a middleman, use Dunworry. You'll be in safe hands.

 

Took the words straight out my mouth, people have asked me to put accounts i've sold in the past on Player Auctions but I stayed away from them for many reasons.

 

Yeah player auctions is god awful. I used to use them for the "safety" people said they provided, but most of the time they provide more hassle than safety. I would advise staying away from them at all costs unless you absolutely have to use them.

 

Just use highly trusted members on Sythe instead.

If it doesn't get resolved you could send a message to Jake (The community manager of PA) on here and when he next logs in to Sythe I'm sure he'll get back to you.

bro i will never ever ever ever sell an account on there again. Absolutely ridiculous... the proof i have against this guy is WILD like it destroys his whole argument. It amazes me that i haven't gotten payed. I will ALWAYS use sythe middlemen for now on, just harder to find buyers here. Might just post accs on PA to get buyers, cancel the order and tell them to go here for the trade. If they aren't scammers they wont mind im sure. This is just ridiculous. It's really just amazing.

 

Avoid PA at all costs.

Sucks, man. Never really used PA for accounts because of the fee they charge - I assumed it was going to actually facilitating the trades but even if the CS rep does come in and help, the fact that this thread needs to even be made if the proof is so overwhelming is a testament to how shitty the system over there is. :L

yeah.... im definitely not using the site again. I really really need this money asap. I can't afford to deal with these problems while selling. I find sythe middleman more secure than PA. I will try my best to only take gold for accounts even if i have to take less because i know that my sale will go smooth from there on out. Feel more secure with that and a middleman. Don't have time for people that wanna play games.

Man I feel so bad for Jake. He does his best, logs in Sythe to see 9001 complaints about PA. Like what are his managers doing? Where are the profits from fees going lmao. Jake too busy vacationing in the Bahamas, it seems.

i understand he is here to help. I respect and appreciate him even though i haven't been helped because i've seen others be helped. Still, that doesn't change the fact that the whole "safety" thing is not so "safe" as Sythe because the full transaction takes 3 days to complete. That's where it gets sketchy. The buyer has your account and you have no money. Jake may be a good help, doesn't change the fact that their whole customer service isn't. It's right around christmas and $130 has been held for near 20 days, thats unacceptable.

 

I'm not really sure what's lead to the overall decline in quality for PA. A couple of years back, it was a great way for most traders to use their transactions and was quite prominent here on Sythe.

 

i would be quick to lean on the incline of scammers and their adjusting to sites as such. It needs to be set up like sythe if anything, middlemen who's sole job is to do live transactions. That's the safest system out there really.
