Your experiences with PlayerAuctions.com?

Hey guys, well I have seen a few threads going around with issues about PlayerAuctions.com so I decided to make a thread so we can share our stories about selling on there. For example have you lost money on there, or has someone tried to scam you by claiming you didn't deliver the items.

My story starts when I had a order for 1 Habbo Throne, so when I got it and went with my normal routine of loading up HyperCam2 and then loading up Habbo client. Started to record showing the order screen and then showed the delivery name and then went to the persons room to deliver the Throne. Things went good and I traded the Throne and then confirmed the delivery on HyperCam2. After I did this I noticed it wasn't asking me to give feedback yet and to my supprise I noticed he didn't confirm and said I didn't even deliver the item. At this point I started to get worried as I had done like 40 trades before this on PlayerAuctions.com, I spoke to a live agent and they told me to email them proof as soon as possible and I sent in my video. It was only $20 but I still was pretty let down by this, so after a day it showed me the dispute logs between us and he made up some story about how I never even met him. Well I had a video showing I did and after 3 days PlayerAuctions.com ended up sending me a e-mail saying that I had won the dispute due to my proof. I was pretty happy with the result and the paid me straight away, what are your stories on PlayerAuctions.com?

 

They are pretty straight forward but for a company that makes so much money, They have shit support.

 

I have had that problem with the support a few times, I had to drop from the chat and try get in with another agent as they didn't know the answer to my question.

 

ye, its pretty bad at times.

 

Its off quite a bit also, when you need it moist they are never online.

 

I just want to put something out there to fendle, he is so helpful on sythe, im glad we can still find people like Fendle who actually help out people in the community i hope in the years that come by that the staff will realize how important and usefull you are to sythe that they might promote you to a higher rank like a moderator. Thanks man, glad I could help you out. Also another thing about PA, I don't see why they take so long to pay you your money. Thats one of the reasons why I stopped selling on there.

 

its taking ages to verify my orders atm,really slowing my business down

 

^^I totally agree, regardless the buyer im buying from, off of PA i feel like im buying from gold4fun or something i hate that feeling, yeah it may be secure but it takes too long for them to verify ect...so thats my 2 cents

 

Just tried to buy 1b via PA didn't realize there was a 200$ a month limit, so they suspended my account for a few days..

 

never even heard of that limit,thats ridiculous

 

I think you can set your own limit to stop yourself buying if you don't want to.

I removed my account from playerauctions and they refunded me my deposit after about two weeks.

Idk if it's their new rule, or paypals, but you can't buy off of their site on paypal unless your bank account is registered on paypal, even if you're card is. Sucks :c & yeah their live support is shit!

 

They have let me down on my occasions

 

I've bought for over $800 worth of gold.
Most of the times it went good, but I've had a few times that they just didn't verify my payment, so I just cancelled the offer..
