Hey, I know afk guthans got patched a few weeks back, and people were mentioning to put your autochat on, that way you wouldn't logout & no risk of getting banned.

I'm curious if that's still not patched or if there are other ways to do it legitamently, without macroing in any way.

 

Autochat doesnt make you not log out as far as a I know ;/

 

It doesn't. I'd suggest a script that randomly enters a key every 2-3 mins. Keeps you logged in, and works well.

 

they would probably ban you for that too, maybe you can get something that clicks on the screen once every few mins or a key, im not sure. but maybe they would notice that especially if it's a pattern

 

just get a mouse action recorder, move it about click random stuff for a few min's then put it on loop.

 

They patched the auto chat feature letting you stay logged in a few days after the update

 

Do rightclicks work too?

 

Yes, it counts as interacting with the game.

 

just use an autoclicker that has random delay feature.

i've used http://www.murgee.com/random-mouse-clicker/

to get from 95 - 99 attack and 96 - 99 str

works pretty well, basically you can tell him a "region" where to click aswell as a random "delay" in which to click ... probably the "safest" method i can think of

Tried it for 15 minutes and didn't log out.. So I'm guessing it's 20? Not sure.

 

It's been 5 minutes since 2009, before then it was 90 seconds. I've played oldschool and remember logging out after 5 minutes. You must've done something to reset the timer.

 

How long would you leave it on for?

 

I don't think you realise you're in combat the whole time.. You used to be able to stay logged in 6 hours as long as you're in combat.. but they patched it so you have to click once ever 20 minutes or you'll get kicked out of the dream & logout.

 

Yeah it's 20 mins, just tried it again. Strange number

 

I tried it out today, added the region and a 2-9 min interval. Worked for like 2 hours before it gave up and logged me out, not really sure why. I used rightclicks. Any tips?
