He'll most likely get unbanned, but lose OMM status. I don't see a way the mods are going to let him keep the OMM.

 

People have been perm banned before for the same reason he's banned now.

He'd have to pass a pardon which is exceedingly rare. Good luck to him though, from what was posted on the dispute its extremely shady.

It sounds like he knew that Harleigh was going to get ddossed for a blue phat and didn't warn him/her about it? That's not chump change..... Checked around the RS Forums it's priced over 5.5b right now.

 

As we can see, he never had the intention by himself to pay back the money which wasn't his. Why would he get unbanned?

He'll be unbanned / pardoned some time or another. Many trusted people and staff members have been banned and subsequently pardoned:

* Bogdan
* video
* FireZ i think
* Time To Buy i think

Mess up once doesn't necessarily mean you're instantly a horrible scammer that everyone should hate.

Not advocating for what Wolf may or may not have done, just saying my two cents on whether he'll be pardoned or not.

 

I don't think video had to pardon, nor did FireZ (but both were banned at one point)

Would wolf have to re-pay the Blue Phat? He could technically be seen as a co-conspirator since he knew Harleigh was going to be Ddossed for his phat.

Also, all those staff members were pardoned for scamming???? That's a pretty long list....

 

Not sure if they were all scamming. Might be misunderstandings. For Wolf's case I don't really blame him for not thinking about the 100m but I get that you're not supposed to associate with anything blackhat. I'm guessing he'll be back.

Yet ex members of Sythe who weren't mod+ won't get unbanned for doing less than what some unbanned mods+ have done.

He deserves the ban and shouldnt be allowed back. He sold Harleigh's I.P. so zgangz could hit her off and win a blue phat. Who knows how many times he's done this is in the past. His pardon should include paying back half of the blue and, his pardon shouldnt be considered till then.
