Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Firstly I will explain the scam situation, and then I will explain the "blackhat" situation.

Scam: I did in fact receive a gift/reimbursement from gangz due to being scammed by Harleigh in 2013. Regardless of gangz being generous at that time I did knowingly make a scam report on Harleigh in 2014 in an attempt to settle the past and my feelings against her. Personally I don't think there's much wrong with this because gangz and harleigh aren't friends and he wasn't repaying me for her sake. Regardless if my friend at the time felt remorse towards me that still doesn't change the fact that she did scam me and still owes me money.

Blackhat: When gangz asked me to come on teamspeak and explained that he felt bad for me and that he had all of harleigh's money now. He handed me 100m and that was the end of it. I wasn't made aware of the fact that it was ddosed/scammed/stolen money until a later date and it didn't strike me as a big deal at the time, all I understood was that she scammed me and that my friend gave me some cash to help me out. Looking back on it was it wrong for me to hold on to the money? Probably. Once I had figured out that it was illegitimately earned I should have given it back and that would have been it. I don't really have a great reason as to why I've had the money all along but this event/scenario isn't really something that I think about ever.

Regardless if I didn't hold it in a very high regard in the past, I do understand that being involved in any form of blackhat activities is not something good. Because of this, a few months after the incident I severed all ties with gangz and have not communicated in any way other than a short twitter and youtube conversation in the last years due to my awareness of his involvement in negative/blackhat activities.

Due to high profile nature of the case, I'll have a global step in and review my decision, which is that you've still broken rules and will have to escalate it to a pardon.

 

Was Gangz ever a member on Sythe? Were any people scammed by Gangz?

 

I've been told he's been banned/vaded before, but haven't seen the profiles. He's admitted himself to ddosing for 2b+, which is scamming by our rules.

That's bullshit that you wanted to cut contact with me, if that was true you wouldn't have sent me that message on Twitter explicitly saying you wanted my Skype in February 2015 (proof on the report.) I stopped talking to that snake once I found out he was an associate of channel 4, another scumbug serial scammer with no boundaries who has even scammed some of my close friends. It wasn't the only reason though, I quit talking to him also because he had told him some personal things, in confidence, which he leaked to some of his swapping/luring buddies whom also lack any consistent moral philosophy and seem to just enjoy gossiping together.

Wolf said he knew I got the GP from her in a way that breached Sythe rules shortly after already giving the GP, which is also not true, I remember saying this, "if we get her big I'll split you in on the ddos I had to pay 1b for her IP so if some how she ended up not wanting to do that high, got cleaned to someone else, sold it, ect. I won't split, because I would have lost money" and definitely never have given Wolf anything if that did happen. He didn't just use this sob story on just me though, he also took another 100m (admittedly that GP was earned legitimately) from another one of his friends. I do have proof of him admitting that to me too on Skype too. Now this might not be against sythe rules but I think profiting off your friends when they thought they were just giving back what you got scammed for doesn't show much character... Especially after losing money he thought he'd never see again. Before he made that report he had actually already profited 100m after getting scammed knowing that 100m of it came from Harleigh. That's fucked!

He told me on Skype the other day that Harleigh was aware that she'd get banned if she didn't refund him, knowing she didn't have evidence. Im no Sythe mod and have noticed blackmail seems to slide sometimes but this is fucked upppp.

I also don't want the 100m either, in my opinion Harleigh should get it, DDoSed for a blue then black mailed by a coconspirator. My report on Wolfrunescape is motivated by Wolfs constant abuse of others trust, abuse of our personal relationship and justice for Harleigh for getting fucked by the both of us. My involvement in the DDoSing of Harleigh wasn't something I considered wrong personally, but I can admit it was unfair and against Sythe rles. As it stands today, according to your rules I'm up a blue minus 1.1b, Wolf is up 200m and Harleigh down a blue and 100m.

I know getting pissed off at someone scamming you is a natural reaction, but saying something regrettable on Skype is quite different from submitting a fake scam report, abusing the system and then just forgetting about it. When I reminded him of it on several occasions, if what he says is he moved on and forgot about it hardly seems logical.

I'll post the rest of the screenshots later today, at the moment I'm typing from my phone and need a good sleep. Also if Wolf is allowed to request a global+ can I request Dave to be excluded from judgement on this topic and anyone but him handle if? Wolf has told me in the past him and Dave are good friends. To be clear however I'm not accusing him of anything, I'd say most if not all of our interactions were positive. Just a question, I'd hate there to be any question of bias as I'm sure that's what we all want... Either way Wolfs story on his dispute for the ban have some very noticeable inconsistencies to to the original report...

 

During private staff conversations, nobody's had a problem with the current ruling. The ban stands and may be pardoned.
