Imsohighaks TWC Dispute

Reason for sketchy behavior. I don't feel that I had sketchy behavior.

I feel this was a unreasonable Twc as well as a unreasonable ban. The first time I tried to purchase the name "8u", it was my first time ever swapping a name by myself. Which would explain why I messed up. I usually had assistance prior to that. We even came to a understanding about the situation and both agreed that we wanted to handle it civilly because we both never agreed who was help accountable for name snipe etc. He told me that he would try and ticket the name back and to give it a couple days. He even asked asked me if once he got it back, if I would wanna buy it.. Here is a copy of that part of the conversation.

And he clearly still didn't feel I was sketchy after all that stuff happened.
He even contacted me multiple times afterwards and I kept saying no because I felt he seemed a little sketchy. Worried me a bit. Here are some screens of those to.

I then recently started needing to buy more names because I was getting low. As you can see here I've been selling and buying names this past week quite frequently.

So I inquired about the name and went to go purchase it. I offered him 15m 07 for it if he supplied the bonds. He told me he didn't have gold on rs3 for the bonds, so I told him I could give him 11m 07 instead and supply 20m rs3 for the bonds. He said yes and agreed. So I posted my TOS and said "i'll be buying the bonds" to calirify that he don't have to buy them because we made a deal that I would supply the bonds out of the 15m 07 of his. Which would be 4m 07 of what I was going to pay him at the rate of 1:5 to rs3. I went to do the name transfer with him in my teamspeak to hear what was going on and it was bound to his account. He then recovered the account and kept it. I asked for the 20m for the 2 bonds I bought for him for the trade. It was agreed that he would pay for bonds, I was simply buying them and supplying them for him as part of the trade and taking the price out of the total 15m, as he had no rs3 at the time. That's what I was trying to get across the whole time but there seemed to be difficulty. Here's that part of the convo here.

I then talked to a bunch of people for advice and showed them the conversation and they all agreed that he should owe me 20m rs3 since I never got the name and he agreed to pay bonds as seen here. (prior to the TOS etc.)

He also stated "THEN HE STATES HOW HE WAS ACTUALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO THE TRADE THIS TIME, AS IF THE FIRST 2 TIMES HE WASN'T LOOKING FORWARD TO GETTING IT FOR PROFITS BUT FOR SOMETHING ELSE AND IT DIDN'T WORK OUT"

But if you read what I said , I was implying that I was excited to actually get this name this time. Because I didn't get it the last time because things fell through. As seen below.

He also lists a TWC in his report that I already got cleared as a misunderstanding as seen here.

He has since then sold the name to someone without telling them it's bound to the account. If anyone is shady I feel it would be him. I have bought and sold multiple names in the past week and he's the only person I've had an issue with. Please read and consider this because I really don't see how this is reasonable.
