Imsohighaks TWC Dispute

Hey so regarding the trade with caution i was given I feel that this was given unjustifiably and here are the reasons why:

So to start off Josh said that it was sketchy that I was paying 20m 07 for the name but at a 1:5 rate that’s 100m rs3 so I didn’t see any issue with that price and if he did well that’s between me and the seller so I don’t see the issue there. I was also looking to sell the name for 30m 07 in turn making a profit so that explains the price all by it self.

Furthermore Josh then goes on about how I left the name open for 10 minutes which is in fact false. I changed the name once and as I am new to name transferring so I didn’t realize I had to change it again which I have screen shots with Dunworry2 to prove that. He then goes on about he isn’t sure who was to take responsibility for the name if it got sniped the first time in which we never agreed on anything but he automatically makes the assumption that I was trying to snipe the name because I said the user selling the name had to be responsible for getting the name to my account which in no way indicates I’m looking to snipe the name all it means is that I don’t want to pay for a name that could be sniped by the user selling it as they are new to the forum and have no credibility what so ever. I also thought the trade was sketchy which I have logs of me talking to my ranks what they thought about the trade and they also felt the same way. I would also like to point out I have never sniped a name ever nor been accused of sniping a name every before this so why is his assumption that I snipe names? If you are wondering why I thought the trade was sketchy it was that when he got the name back I thought he might just do the same thing again and get it from me once I have it.

Now moving on to the part where I was asking for a time frame on the transfer. This wasn’t so I would snipe it as I don’t snipe names but to have a expectation on when I would have the name which I don’t see any issue what so ever asking when a transfer would be completed as a rank of mine had his name transferred with Josh and he had a time frame. Looking back I have now seen he did give me a time frame which I didn’t realize but that’s why I was asking as the reason we went to him was because the user was telling me it could be up to a week for the name to be transferred which I felt was way to long. Continuing on Josh continues with the allegations that I snipe names and that I sniped the name the first time but again what proof is there to that?

Moving on now the part about where I flamed him well I was going through some things irl that I’m not looking to say publicly but I can tell a mod or admin privately and have it confirmed there that it is true. Josh then says "He then tries to stray away from the fact that he's an overall suspicious/sniper user by saying he's going to "Use another middleman for the trade.”” The reason why I said I would use another middle man is because this trade was obviously not going to work out because of the time frame issue that I have talked about already above. Again he says I am a*suspicious user for asking a question and again calls me a sniper*with absolutely no proof. Again me saying I’m not taking*responsibility for the name being sniped doesn’t mean I’m a sniper or a sketchy person it means I’m not going to risk 20m 07 to a new member who can potentially*screw me over. Had it been a reputable user the circumstances would have been different
