Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I never had intentions to scam anyone. I fake vouched so users would go first; I wanted to build a rep. I never have scammed anyone on sythe and never will, I have completed agility after being banned as an order for one of my previous customer, and all was well.

This user messaged me saying his original ban was for self vouching and he's been vading that ban ever since, if so he should just get a 1 month ban from here on out with a TWC. If he vades during that month then perm him

Yeah so the issue here is this guy can't wait 3 weeks before making a new account and doing the exact same thing that he got banned for in the first place. He's been banned/twc'ed multiple times on multiple accounts for the exact same rule violation and if he's this impatient and unwilling to follow the site's rules he doesn't belong here.
