Zkpbara pardon

Zkpbara has ban evaded since he posted his pardon
Ban evaded on account "Chico". If you look at chicos posts and zkpbara's posts you will see they use the same skype zkpbara.

I know Chico is already banned. But this needs to be commented in his next pardon attempt. He hasn't learned his lesson.
