i was banned due to recovering an account, he wanted a recovery test so i recovered the account which is why he reported me, afterwards he explained that he wanted to do the recovery test, i later provided him with screenshots of the recovery email to confirm the details i provided him with for the account was accurate, then this was posted http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1794921-m4rsxpk3r-follow-up-report.html explaining the situation

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: it was a misunderstanding between me and Valstone, due to different timezones he wasent able to reach me because i had already went to bed, i think i should be unbanned because i never really did "scam" i had the gold in my possession and the account yes, because i thought the ban could be lifted first because it wasent a "scam", and i have now rapid Valstone, the late payment was due to me having spend of some the gp already, and having alot of stuff irl at the moment making it hard to find time.

We'll start the time limit and voting for this once I've confirmed with Valstone he's been paid back.

EDIT - Roary got the PM, but I'm going to personally need to see the gold given the previous discussions of this particular situation.

He's said he's been paid back. I'm fairly certain he hasn't, but it's his decision to say that.

tl;dr - horrid trading habits, trying to keep the money until sure of unban, saying "scamming and being banned is better than not scamming and maybe being banned."

On top of Duke's previous dealings, there is no possible way I'll ever support any pardon you make.

You're sketchy as anything m8. Have nothing against you besides thinking you're guilty of the initial report against you a while back.

Removed me from Skype too immediately after the Valstone report.

Something doesn't add up. So yeah, no support. I don't find it coincidental that immediately after being unbanned (when you shouldn't have been imo), you were immediately accused of scamming yet again. The scam quit seems very probable here.
