Playerauctions Account Recovery

The second account I have bought from PA has been recovered, contacted them and they said they would refund but do they ever go after the seller?

Don't buy into their safety bs regarding accounts.

 

It really depends on the person you're contacting.

Out of the three times I contacted them, only once did they respond and give me my refund. It's been almost half a year since I got scammed off a Range Tank, and I just left it at that because it wasn't worth more effort and time just trying to contact them, and them giving me the same answers every single time.

 

Sorry to hear about your experience. You're welcome to drop your order ID# here and I can look into it. This year we are putting a lot of focus onto our CS and have a really fantastic CS manager.

If an agent isn't performing up to task, ask them to transfer you to a supervisor or manager, and you should get one if one is on duty.
