Dialatic requesting a pardon for Trin incident

Hey guys, Dialatic here requesting a pardon for my actions in the spam forum mess between all of us that happened in December. As I am writing this (on May 30th, and will post it tomorrow), I am unsure if I am even allowed to pardon due to the restitution being given to me. I guess I'll write this up anyway and any support I may receive can be conditional on Richard allowing me to return to the community without having to pay.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

I'll describe again to the best of my ability the events that took place during that time.

I had a problem with n4n0, a sort of personal grudge and that was shown to the community when I stepped down from my position as a moderator when he became an administrator. I resorted to trolling and otherwise just being an idiot in the spam forum. I can't remember how I figured it out, but I found out that Trin had a name change and had some ranks, and made the very first thread about it in spam forum to try to stir up drama with n4n0 (http://www.sythe.org/spam-forum/1651909-who-fuck-eviltwindoll.html). This ended up working as in it started the entire shit storm that shortly followed.

People started hating on Trin, and she began attempting to troll back and just got really annoying. I kept making fun of her and n4n0, and ended up getting spam forum banned after I made a thread targeting n4n0 directly. At this point I was invited to a chat where I was greeted with a bunch of people just laughing and asking if I saw "the pics of Trin". I replied yes because I had seen her Facebook before and assumed they were laughing at those pictures. When I started talking, they realized I had no idea what they were talking about and linked me to the photos of n4n0 and Trin (though she claims they weren't of her so not sure). I had a good laugh because there was a website that was put up with the pictures that I was linked to and it had the pictures with captions on them (I was laughing at the captions mostly). I ended up inviting a few people (probably about 2, Yaroow and someone else) into the chat, and we were promptly all banned because Yaroow had told someone about our chat.

I do admit that I re-linked the website link in a Skype conversation that it had already been posted in, as well as invited a few people in to it. I did not EVER post pictures on Sythe, DDoS n4n0, send his pictures to his employer, or anything that Richard said had happened. I would never do anything like that to him no matter how much of a personal dislike I had for him, I wasn't looking to humiliate him in real life, only on Sythe.

Since then I have had a lot of time to think about my actions, and obviously I now realize how stupid and immature I was. I shouldn't have ever participated in any of it, but unfortunately I can't go back and change any of that now. If I'm granted this pardon, I will not start or get involved in any spam forum drama, and will not harass n4n0 or Trin at all. I am really sorry for what I did guys, as I already told you on Skype. A few days after I was banned I actually spent about a week in TS talking with you guys and, although you didn't know it was me, we had some good chats.

I am in the process of starting up a business (not just a freelance fuck-around job - I've registered my business and am in the process of creating the website for it and also pending a grant from the government). I have completely changed and have grown up, and would mostly just use Sythe to advertise for my business and have a few chats here and there.

During my time on Sythe, I had proven myself as a trusted and active member of the community. I had roughly 200 vouches (give or take a few, I stopped keeping count at 175), I was a moderator (although it was short-lived), I had paid out large dice bets ($900+ to Frenzy alone), I had 2 fun ranks and the $200 donor rank. I was an asset to the community before I started my trolling, and promise I can continue to be one.

I'm sorry to anyone who has had to put up with our immature actions: mostly n4n0, Trin, and Roary. I hope you can accept me back into the community. If I'm not accepted, then expect to see me back in another 6 months for another attempt. I want to help this community grow and improve with my activity, suggestions, and much more.
