[SYTHE/N4N0] Question about my pardon

Hi guys,

I just have a question about my pardon abilities. I was banned roughly December 1st I believe, so I should be able to pardon June 1st. That being said, I was unfortunately given a restitution to pay "before I could pardon". Does this mean that I can't pardon at all if I'm not paying that $250?

I realize I fucked up, and I know you guys can charge whatever you want, but $250 is pretty costly considering I only discussed it, I never did anything to hurt n4n0's personal/professional life. Anyone who sent it to his workplace, harassed his dad, ddosed him, or any of that obviously deserves to be banned. I honestly don't know who did any of that because it was never discussed in the chat.

I'm really hoping I can be granted permission to pardon without having to pay a restitution amount that was made up (and wasn't charged to other people banned for this incident).

Note: This is NOT a pardon or appeal of my ban, just asking whether I have permission to attempt a pardon in 7 days.

I would assume so. At least, I hope so.

 

I assume you'll be allowed to pardon & I hope that's the case (without paying).

But I have no say/influence on it and standard procedure kind of goes out the window now and again .

 

If others werent charged then you shouldnt have to pay either.

Ultimately I'd say it's up to Richard.... The whole pay for unban thing was his brainchild.
