A few sad departures this month. Unfortunately we had to say cheerio to Weezy for now, we hope he'll be back soon. Shoop & Corey have resigned due to IRL commitments - all the best guys. n4n0 & Ziggily stepped down for a short time - nice to have you both back & congratulations on the little one Kaytlin. We welcome two new faces to the team; Ryan V4 Entrr & hangover_fan subaru_fan - do us proud boys! Annnnd finally, Yaroow has changed his name to his own, James. Grats!​

Community Development Team - New members & a thank-you

We are pleased to welcome Zuzel111 and Subaru_fan as our newest members to the CDT! As well as a welcome back to Chloecat.

The Community Development Team aims to better the community side of Sythe. We hold events - seasonal extravaganza's and monthly free-entry tournaments as well as SytheAwards, Member of the Month, SytheMonthly and of course spontaneous events for the sake of it! - but none of that would be possible without the people and businesses on Sythe donating prize pots and participating in events.

So on the behalf of the team, I'd like to thank everyone who's both helped us out or supported us this year. It's a lot of work and stress to make these things happen sometimes, so the encouragement and participation is very much appreciated and makes it all worth it.

Oldschool RuneScape - Jagex released a content poll for a 2007-style server. An overwhelming yes seen Sythe's own RuneScape 2007 section as well as corresponding markets.
Hearthstone - Blizzard's new game was released in BETA, following insane interest online - Sythe now has it's own Hearthstone section - go check it out!
Livestream & Media - Livestreams are a big part of the web these days, and Sythe is no exception. With plenty of members streaming, be sure to check out the new dedicated section.
Off-topic condensed - The Off-topic section was moved around and made a little easier to navigate. It seems to have settled down activity wise quite nicely.

Donation perk updates -500$ donors were given a new rank, 300$ donors - a second Username Image and 500$ donors a third.
Usercenter - Matthew wowed us yet again with the implementation and introduction of the Sythe Usercenter. A feature unique to Sythe, you can manage all of your perks here in an easy fashion.
Miniranks - We saw the huge update of miniranks this year - participatory as well as awarded miniranks. They've been a massive hit and are definitely welcomed.
Minirank trading - Miniranks were made tradeable via the Usercenter.

Sythe Verified Users - For 5$ (for 25$+ donors), one can now become a verified user. This indicates that should this user scam you, you're able to receive their submitted personal information for your use.
Two Factor Authentication - A massive update for Sythe. Using your smartphone you can now secure your Sythe account from hackings.
SytheChat - Matthew & Sythe brought us the SytheChat - an alternative to third-party messaging software. Here, you can avoid speaking with hacked Skypes, impostors and most importantly - chat with the people of Sythe!

Sythe RSPS - We had our own RSPS set up for a stint but it dwindled down after a while.
Minecraft Server - Same as above.
Starbound Server - Go vote for the Sythe Starbound server (you'll find n4n0's thread in community general). Make it successful!​
