    If he's considered a scammer instead of a bug abuser, I'd say Durial321 is the most infamous. He is the one who killed the majority of the people during the Falador Massacre, and he even looted a partyhat.

    I disagree I think that's not really scamming I would have done that too. I'd have to go with Smite yo Bgs. Hes scum. Not sure why everyone is saying Fishy? I don't remember him blatantly scamming anyone? Starry did scam apple for like 25b or so and he was friends with him so that scummy too.

    Sigex was a well known scammer on this site from around 2007-2010. Nobody knows how much he scammed but he was constantly trying to buy the accounts of trusted sythe users to scam partyhats and so on.

    I can't say for certain the most "notable" scammer, but I know scamming among a few of the big dicing clan chats was pretty common as there wasn't much accountability for the high ranks and owners.
