    That seems like two websites trying to duel it out with one another by attacking each others websites. I don't see how that's even relevant to one member of this forum saying that he will sue the site compared to the thread you just mentioned.

    How many people here on Sythe have said that they will sue the site owner and actually go through with it? To ban him while you were still ensuing a conversation with him is just stupid in all honesty. Using a better judgement and putting all technicalities aside, you and I both know that banning him for something that stupid was unwarranted.

    No, the actual reason was wasting Sythe's time with absurd legal complaints and threats over an idea we supposedly "stole" from them that they had "copyrighted". The attacking thing involved Annex and his own site (gotannex.com).

    This guy literally had just sent me a message saying "what's truly laughable is you think I need my claim to even be correct in order to win with the legal system.", and that's visible in the OP too. I don't know how it's possible to not interpret that as a threat.

    For argument's sake, let's agree that he was wasting staff time over complaints. So what? It's just another complaint that can be ignored with just a simple infraction for wasting staff time. He didn't threaten to take down the site with means of attacking the website and causing it to go down (DDoS, etc.)

    How in the world is this a threat? Honestly, are you too blind to realize the sarcasm in this quote? This is by no means a threat to take down the site. Like I had said earlier, if anything, it's a joke.
