It would be helpful if a mod could read this, and tell Sythe himself about it, because I do not know his msn and have never successfully reached him via Private Message.

Sythe, I do not appreciate you telling people to call me, or threatening to call Servage and inform them about content on our site. I do not condone cyber wars, nor do I condone any attacks on Sythe. However, I will take necessary steps to defend myself if the situation calls for it. If I recieve any unwanted phone calls from people you have given my telephone number to, or any unwanted mail from anyone you have given my address to, I will consider it an act of war against myself and the site and it will be responded to in such a manner.

Again, any harassment of myself or Zamorak.org will not be tolerated, as we have not done anything to you. If said harassment occurs, we will retaliate in the proper manner.

Completely pathetic. You are not even worth a second of my time.

If you attack this site again zamorak will be mince meat. Thatâ€™s all I have to say on the matter.

You can attempt to pursue any legal options you wish. Your arguments are completely groundless and If you were foolish enough to attempt to sue me I would counter sue for damages, and win.

If I have the displeasure of hearing anymore tripe from your site, or your people, then all your representatives on sythe.org will be banned permanently.

Although we have disagreements, I completely agree with Sythe on this issue. Threatening to sue someone over something as stupid as this is ridiculous, because even if you do win you will have probably gained nothing, except a waste of money hiring lawyers. What do you hope to achieve anyway? Would you like there to be more scammers around?

hehehehe you don't need me to get my tools out now do you? we already have your ip attacking. Its your own fault for stupidly not purchasing a whoisguard. Sythe didn't give anything out, people just whoised your domain. Buy a whoisguard, they are only like $2.99 per year, if you can't afford then why are you using vb with a TLD?

Not only are we NOT infringing on your copyright, but there is no copyright for us to infringe upon. Had you been even moderately well versed on this subject you would know that copyright only applies to a published work such as a software program, book, or a piece of art. A loose collection of ideas, stolen from many previous antifraud systems, does not constitute a published work and therefore any claims to copyright status are null and void and, frankly, embarrassing.

And charges brought against myself, my host, any of my administrators, or representatives, will carry the full legal ramifications of an unjustified prosecution including but not limited to a counter lawsuit for damages, and legal fees, and the possibility of criminal harassment charges being laid against you. You are being completely childish. I am not the appointed administrative contact for this website, as is made perfectly clear in my whois information. You have appointed yourself as administrative contact for your dirtbag site, and as such, your name and address, and phone number, are on public record.

I do not need to explain the actions of Annex. He is not acting under my authority or as a representative of sythe.org, but of his own free will. I do not need to explain anything to any of you. But in the interest of stalling any further hostilities I felt it was my duty to educate you on the basics of copyright law and why the world doesn't conform to your childish whims.

Hopefully this has addressed all your questions. This discussion is now closed, and as promised earlier all zamarock representatives will be banished from this website permanently for wasting our time.
