    We agreed on a fee for 60-80 ranged, and I paid an extra fee for him to supply the arrows.

    After he started the levelling he decided he didn't charge me enough and wanted me to double the payment for him to level to 80, Saying my payment was only enough to get to 70. He then stopped at 65 asking for more money to buy more arrows.

    If I had known he was going to charge more after me paying him the first amount I would not have paid, and am now down gp and wasted time that I could have used to level myself.

    Always make sure you have proof of an "Agreed" price, if the seller of the service is giving you a quote way to low, theres no way they can suddenly charge you more, if the seller thinks he isnt getting enough, he should've refunded all items/cash used you provided, and not suddenly ask you for double the price, i've had this once aswell but i got refunded the same amount i paid. that would be the solution here aswell.

    Hope you figure things out, and that_rare let this be a lesson ;)
