    I agree, if Feren got unbanned with twc/market ban, I think it would be okay. For x339, I have to agree with n4n0, x339 needs to have some sort of punishment. I think perhaps staff should just say it's a 3 month ban or something and be done with it. For iJava, I have no opinion.

    Of course, that's bad enough, but after two years, I'm sure he's learned his lesson. I trust him more than 99% of Sythe users and I haven't even talked to him since around the time of his ban. He wouldn't bother for another pardon if he wasn't truly sorry for even thinking about scamming. We've already pardoned and unbanned people for actually doing a wrongdoing and yet, this wasn't even executed. What's wrong with just giving him a Market ban and a TWC?

    I'm not saying don't pardon him, I'm comparing the magnitude of Feren to x339, and how people are saying leave X339 banned, but unban Feren; I just think what x339 did is minuscule compared to what Feren had planned.
