x339's Pardon (fixed)

Ok so FireZ kept telling me to ready the stickies and I did multiple times and the only solution I could come up with is that I didn't discuss what the ban was for.

I thought everyone already knew about it so I didn't think it was relevant, but whatevs I'll talk about it again.

A long time ago in a galaxy far far away

Finn got banned, and I was in the midst of my "save sythe" tirade. I approached him and asked him if he had any juicy dirt that he wanted to spill about sythe, and he was like yeah give me some money and I'll tell you.

So being the faggot I was, I gave him some money, he gave me the info, and I was like well that was not worth it. He then suggested I go through the shenanigans of making an ebook out of it and selling it on sythe. So I was like ok whatevs, and I went through all that nonsense you guys remember.

I tried it for like 5 mins, got bored, no ebooks were sold, and moved on with life. Then like the next day Richard made a thread about it so it was useless from then on anyways.

So Finn was like its ok I hate sythe and i am going to get back at everyone who was mean to me and blah blah, and he was like I'll never tell on ya I promise. I was like ok whatevs I didn't break any rules anyways, but now he is friends with an admin again and told em about it so I got da hammer.

Anyways, obviously I was a faggot for even paying money for that shit, and my days of trouble making are over so don't worry about me causing trouble again. So since I didn't really break any rules in the first place, and I am sorry.....I can haz account back?

any update on my thread? Nobody has responded in 4 days like I said i've received another vouch after having the kids money for 4 days before getting his job done so obviously i still have good intention on my mind. What is the next step needed by me to do to get unbanned?

This is completely unrelated and TTB was not concerned about it and didn't report him for it because x339 hasn't scammed him and isn't holding out on him. He just doesn't have the cash and because TTB knows this and accepts this and isn't worried, we have no reason to be.

 

TTB has repeatedly asked for repayment for months and x339 has shown no intent to pay him back. I consider this scamming and I do not believe TTB wishes for him to be unbanned until that is repaid.

No. I'm really upset about this part especially.

Essentially, you paid someone to leak information to you. Surely after all you had experienced on sythe.org, you must have known that requesting for someone to leak is against the rules. That in itself is insulting. You even took it a step further and went ahead to pay for the information. Of course that's against the rules. It's common sense. Why are you claiming that you didn't break any rules?

For the record, I agree with n4n0's assessment. If anything, I'd support a shortening of the ban to 6 months. Either way, it's been 7 days, and you haven't garnered enough support from the staff, so your pardon is denied. Come back in 6 months and I'll support your unban.
