Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: 2 bank issues in close timeframe to each other

Well, learned from this. Got rid of almost all of our trainers and started fresh. TWC was deserved.

 

TWC was for having two instances of customers having bank issues in a short time period
