    My last and final reply. It contains the entire situation, and all information that is relevant to both customers.

    This is simply not true. There was no breach. Maybe at first glance when I looked it appeared that way, but the more information I found out, the more I realized this was not at all the case. He is currently working on multiple accounts himself with more than 200m ironman bank on them, and I am not losing sleep over it because I know it was not him. It's simple man, you neglect account security and you lost your items by some means. I don't know what else to say, it is that simple.

    We handed Pushing Diasies account (Account where 3 items were dropped) to an employee we trusted and well, he stole items. It was no breach, it was our employees fault. We take responsibility, and that situation has grounds for a report if we did not offer compensation. This could happen to any provider. We deeply feel for his loss and I want to come up with an agreement with him.


    YOUR ACCOUNT
    Montoya alone worked on your account solely with screenshots to prove it. You neglected to change your password between 4 trainers / separate orders, so 5 people had access to that account (including yourself), whilst also not having a bank pin.

    And, like I said, what I promised in the moment was a decision made without thorough investigation. Upon further review, Montoya was doing the account himself. Whatever was promised before, is off the table now. I think it should be up to my discretion what is done about your account.


    NEW INFORMATION
    You actually changed your password after the first order (Separate trainer not mentioned in this report), so you were aware of that rule it looks like. It appears that you just ignored the rule after, or thought it not important. It just so happened to fall onto Montoya because you got cleared while you had an order going with him. It could have been a freak incident where your PC was compromised, where a leak on Jagex end occurred, or even a brute force login. How am I to know? Like I mentioned before, our TOS is to protect both of us bro. Again, you are only trying to use TOS as an excuse because Agile Life told you to.

    [​IMG]The same person handling my account was handling Pushing Daisies, and both of our accounts had items drop traded in a matter of 24 hours due to our passwords being passed to trainers that weren't trustworthy within your authority.

    Your post doesn't contain even close to all information.

    Also, typing in a larger font doesn't make your point any more valid. Just like yelling doesn't make you right.

    You're making this difficult for everybody involved by switching stance every 3 minutes.

    Do I need to post the voice chat of you begging me to delete the report if you start fixing it now? When I said I'd keep the report up until I see some progress and effort put in you still agreed, yet nothing has been done for me, you're still hostile and a complete different person to deal with on this thread.

    I need to make a couple things clear, because Josh is simply not wanting to work with me, and instead enjoys acting like god over me. We do not deserve to have to get ALL of this man's items, it should be left up to me whether that be ANYTHING or EVERYTHING. My original offer is changed because my reputation DOES NOT deserve to be tarnished over his EGO and incredibly irresponsible account security and disregard for my TOS. I want this to be on MY terms for a few reasons.

    My original offer was to get ALL of Josh's items back. #1 this is already a problem because Josh does not have pictures of his bank. He can demand anything basically. I thought we would come to a COMPROMISE and I would not be listening to his COMMANDS.

    2) I made the original offer ONLY because I thought Montoya had taken 2 accounts and banks went missing on both. I WAS CONCERNED IT WAS A LEAK. However, I later found out the culprit behind @finishmykcboss was the EMPLOYEE who took the order Montoya gave it to. When I was informed Montoya was the TRAINER for your account & I realized "Hey, Montoya wouldn't have taken 200m bank when he has a 2B Deposit, what's up with that? I FIND OUT YOU WERE CARELESS ENOUGH TO LET 5 PEOPLE HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT WITH NO BANK PIN.


    3) I was being nice, and thought we could compromise in a BIG way. I tried to tell you this here. I do not think I had found out that it was actually a Trainer of ours who took Pushing's stuff, not Montoya. Even if I did know, I really do feel bad and wanted you to be excited about the "big compensation".

    5) I am acknowledging the fact that we could be responsible, but how the hell could I ever know when RS is the way it is. I do not know you, you are somebody random on the internet. I'd love to take your word for it that you have no viruses, have not shared your password with friends, or that YOU didn't leak your account in some way, but I do not know 100%. There is also the fact that there are people who get hacked everyday for no reason whatsoever.. Brute forcing (Preventable with BANK PIN), Jagex leaks are all something I accounted for within my TOS. I knew it was a possibility and that the customer would ONLY look at us, so for that reason I offer compensation even though I don't know if it was even us.


    6) My TOS states what it does (change password, we are not responsible for wealth) because it lowers my list of suspects. It allows me to HOLD 1 TRAINER accountable and make them do the work to fix it. However, the account was shared between god knows how many people. How the hell am I supposed to say who did it or even say if it was us? I offered you what I offered you because I thought you would be reasonable enough to handle this like adults since you clearly didn't bother with my TOS, and took a risk in the first place giving your account to ANYONE to service.

    7) The TOS rule is relatively new and I did not know a thing about it. I'm sorry for my ignorance on this matter, but the only reason this is in the discussion is because an Ex-Staff member of mine is bitter about me (for a good reason, I fired him) and is currently feeding josh what to say to win this. Fair enough. However, it's clear Josh knew about the TOS because he changed his password after the first service with us, but neglected to do it for the other 4 services. Either way, my TOS is my TOS for a reason. It is to make sure if the situation where a bank DOES go missing occurs, it can be hangled THE RIGHT WAY by me. We are not responsible for lost wealth, so technically I could give this guy jack shit if he proved himself that he knew the TOS by change passwords buy changing his PASSWORD THE FIRST TIME, BUT NOT ANY TIME AFTER TAKE OUT OF (LAZINESS)

    ALSO THE OG TICKET OF HIS IS MISSING BECAUSE IT WAS LONG TIME AGO AND WE DO TRY TO SAY STUFF ABOUT TOS TO NEW CUSTOMERS, HENCE WHY IT WAS NOT MENTIONED IN HIS TICKETS THAT ARE NOT GONE FOREVER. But how can I prove that /:

    8) I am still denying we took the bank. Where is the proof of us taking the bank? Simply, it makes no sense for Montoya to steal 200m when he has a 2B deposit and has done 150+ orders probably for me and also has access anytime to my PERSONAL ironman account with 900m on it. HE KNEW HE WOULD BE FUCKED IF HE TOOK THE BANK, WHICH IS WHY HE SAID "FUCK IM GONNA HAVE TO REDO THIS ACCOUNT".

    7) You are ungrateful, and just downright hard to work with. You hadn't even paid for the service WE WERE PROVIDING YOU. We took your word for it and really had a great relationship. THIS IS WHY THE OFFER CHANGED. YOU PUT ME ON BLAST WHEN YOU ARE AT FAULT FOR YOUR BANK GOING MISSING. IT WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED IF YOU WOULD HAVE FOLLOWED MY TOS LIKE YOU DID AT THE START OF USING MY SERVICES. I'll make the call at the end of this what you get, and I'll tell you now. It has changed since the start of this report.

    8) Our feedback. We have gotten over 30 feedback last month! Many claiming things like "trusted with 600m ironman bank". WE DO NOT STEAL PEOPLE'S ITEMS. @finishmykcboss was an unfortunate situation and was handled. You can seen that we are working out a deal with him to get his DWH back, and that's all he wants. His entire bank didn't go missing, just 3 items. It was shit, but he isn't walking away with nothing BECAUSE HE FOLLOWED TOS. WE ARE NOT SCAMMERS.

    If you had simply delivered me a list of stuff you wanted I would have answered to most every call. Now, I have frankly grown tired of you. You see the nice China disappear.

    TWC me over not following through with promises, whatever. I could use a break ;) I don't have to give him anything if I don't want to as far as I am concerned because WE DIDN'T DO THIS.

    I'm done with this man child. I feel sorry for your bank. It's common sense to have a bank pin and to change your password in between RANDOM PEOPLE YOU DO NOT PERSONALLY KNOW. To be clear, we were going to get you back A LOT more.

    @finishmykcboss and @StartYourIronman seem to have come to an agreement

    @DaleTheWhale's situation is more complicated, but there is no proof that @StartYourIronman or his workers had anything to do with his losses. There aren't even photos of what was lost to help support his claims. This, combined with many clauses (e.g. change your password, add a bank pin, not liable for lost wealth) in the ToS he agreed to, are leading me to side with @StartYourIronman on this one. There just isn't enough proof to hold him accountable for anything that went wrong with @DaleTheWhale's account.

    Either way, sorry for your loss. My understanding is that @StartYourIronman had previously offered you services to make up for this unfortunate situation, but he has rescinded those offers and will not be required to fulfill them by staff.

    Apologies for the delay in communication; the discord server went down, and that was priority #1 yesterday.

    Staff discussions about this have since resumed, and in the end we felt that applying a TWC, which can be appealed in 30 days, is appropriate here. @StartYourIronman is not a threat to the community at large, but having two customers with bank issues in rapid succession is concerning.

    Discussion about this seems to be continuing here. I'll also highlight @Grave's post which pretty well summarizes my feelings on this.
