    Shortly after my demotion Pendy explained as well as he could in a kind-of-way only he could do. Allround he just seems like the perfect kind of staff member which was one of the reasons I kept cheering him up for the admin status, even though it bothered me to say such things at the same time. Perhaps that's what's delaying your promotion now and if so I apologise. Just remember; you're also humane and are also entitled to your personal opinion. My biggest concern for you is to join @Champ and @King on the sidelines eventually, since you are just as perfect as they are and eventually real life caught up with them. Don't lose yourself in this, B.

    I honestly don't know how Pendulum does it, he donates so much of his time to this website while also trying to make things work as a single mother and succeeds amazingly at both. This man is truly a jack of all trades and deserves a promotion.
