Get a recommendation from another player mod, report botters, stay active, don't rack up any blackmarks and assist players.
probably the most detailed post as of yet thank you.I think they look for people who are polite and helpful ingame, who report players that are breaking the rules (serious reports, not reporting every single person you see), who have fairly good grammar (I have heard this helps), and who are very tight with their account security. This is a HUGE one! I've heard you have a much greater chance if you keep your account very secure, having a hard to guess password, changing your password every 5-6 months, and having recovery questions and a bank pin set. As far as I know, that is all the criteria that Jagex looks for before inviting a player to become a player mod![]()
Change your password monthly, recovery questions bi-monthly, be active and helpful on the forums.
Yah. Security is an important part. Change recoves and pass every month.

Just be an all out benefit to the game, but I don't think they're appointing any more Player Moderators.
well that actually sucks! I don't want it for corrupt benifits or anything I just wanna try and get runescape back on track like old days where you could go somewhere and talk to people ect...Now you just get blanked by a bot.
