Hello. I'm buying membership on my account with PayPal. Membership cost 7.95$.. In PayPal I have 8.29$.. When I'm pressing "Agree and Pay" it says that: "Unfortunately, your payment was not completed successfully. Please try again shortly. For more information, please contact your payment provider.

What is this? Wheres problem? I have in paypal more than 7.95$
