My brother has no respect for me, spits in my face and more (He is 1 year younger) I am currently 15 his 14 He won't learn his leason from my parents and tonite he tried to cut cables for my headset.

I took matters in my own hands I punched him and than put him in headlock. (got angry) wrong thing but he doesn't understand I can drop his ass anytime I want and could even "Kill" him

Tbh i think you need to put him back in his place, whenever he spits in your face just fucking punch the little shit. What he is doing is wrong and if your parents won't take action you should. What's to stop him from one day spitting in your parents face one day if he thinks he can get away with it?

Um, where are your parents in all this? Do they care about their children? If he's being a little shit then ask your parents to sort him out.

I would say it seems like your parents would of known about this already and are not trying to do anything about it?

Me and my brother used to fight ALL the time nothing physically but just emotionally we'd call each other names and just blame each other for stuff.
You're older than him, even if it is by one year and always remember he is your brother and you'll always have each others back, that's the way I saw it with my brother when apologizing when we fought or something.

If things are getting TOO out of control, you need to talk to him, be the mature one or get your parents involved if he won't listen.
There is no reason for siblings to get to the point where they're punching each other, it's just not right. Like I said, remember you'll always be brothers and it's better to work together than fight.

There's a certain line that shouldn't be crossed with the whole 'boys will be boys' relationship between brothers. Test the waters with your parents, if he destroys your property, see if they will make him reimburse you.

Reimburse? Have you ever fought with Siblings?

What you need to do is settle it (Slap him around a few good times)

Then get him one up by destroying something he likes. Tell him if he fucks with you again it will be worse.

Yeah, he is being nice now since my dad is around and then he goes he turns into an asshole

Yeah where are your parents here? but I somewhat can understand the issue. 2 options: put him in place with violence or verbal abuse or bond with him and gain his trust. Spend time with him (if your relationship looks like that atm, you probably don't spend anytime with him) and let him mature. 14 is a bad age my friend...

Those saying to "put him in his place" or "break his stuff" is really not the way he should handle this, doing that to a 14 year old boy is only going to make him ANGRY and he will 99% just lash out again in trying to take over the "dominance" you're trying to assert over him.

Things aren't solved with violence, sit him down with your parents and discuss this, if you can't with both your parents do it with your dad because clearly he has enough respect for your dad to stop when he's around.
I strongly advice you don't resort to violence or breaking more stuff, it just causes more trouble.

I am always the one in the fight who loses out more..... he loses going outside where I lose the computer completely (some cases even for homework)

This is why I strongly suggest doing what I've said previously.
You can work things out and both be happy, and that means not having to be punished/having things taken away from you.

I disagree with chloe, you need to teach that little fucker a lesson

What will come out of that?
You hurt your own brother? He's 14 years old.. think logically for a second. HE WILL RETALIATE.

Sit him down, be mature and work things out.

Ofcourse i think he should do that, but if it fails then he might have to resort to physical force. And he mentioned that his brother has been doing this for a long time so i think hes tried the 'sit him down' method before and it obviously hasn't worked.

Do you both remember what it's like being 14? I know when I was 14 and my brother was 11 we fought so much, and we WOULDN'T let the other be the "dominate" one.
You both need to give each other space, work out WHY you're exactly fighting. Violence is NOT the answer when it comes to kids your age, because what is it teaching them? When you're not happy with someone beat them up and you'll be okay? No, find another approach to this.

Chloecat ty, I am requestion a self ban till my account is safe from this damn guy who ratted me
