[2nd opinion please] Ezvex Ban

Hey whoever is reading this!

I don't even know what to say, this is the biggest coincidence i've ever come across. Someone has falsely accused me of taking 187m 07 gp from them. I believed it was an imposter or they were making stuff up, so I just chose to ignore it, because I thought the moderators would see sense, in that I didn't scam.

I originally had 237M gp, which I was going to swap all for RS3 stock. I was scammed by an in-game clan/sythe member for 50m 07 (which he is refunding)

This left me with 187m 07, which is when I made the post. I didn't even remember the number the person was saying, it's all just a big coincidence that's really left me annoyed. It's hard to face something that you never did.

I think this is a little unfair. The person claiming I scammed has supplied absolutely no proof. My ban was just based on similar numbers, at the wrong time

please show uncropped pics of you trading the 50m and of that skype chat then

also noting that the events in the posts above - the scam reports against you and your swapping thread (and your editing of the op of that thread) - all occurred within 30 minutes or so. must be a super coincidental coincidence...

I didn't take screenshots of the actual trade happening, as I assumed everything would go smoothly. After it happened I commented on his thread then Dunworry2 talked to him for me and organized a refund. Then the person who scammed me hit me up on Skype. Here's some messages indicating I was scammed.

The reason he now owes me 42.5 because he already paid back 7.5m that was scammed from me in-game. He's also got 10m for me I have yet to collect to contribute towards the 50m taken from me.

I don't want to take action against Swaplet as he's refunding the money that one of his ranks scammed (Not him)

I hope this can be sorted. it's not a good feeling being banned for something I didn't do. Of course I can see how you think I did! So I understand why you took action. I just hope you can see sense..

User in this posted proof (I think?) that he was scammed 50m which was confirmed by Dunworry2. The scammer used the skype ahmal015.315 and had the display "L12".

There is a user named L12 on Sythe whom that skype seems to resolve to.

Not sure if the proof / confirmation of scam from Dunworry2 is sufficient (just skimmed the thread), but the scammer has a Sythe profile so if he can provide full evidence (assuming he hasn't already) then L12 is his scammer.

Thank you for believing me about the L12 scam. He's being making a big effort to refund, so once it's fully refunded can he ask for an unban? Just out of curiosity, because if he realizes he can't be unbanned he potentially won't refund.

I'd also like to ask what's happening with my ban on Ezvex? Has the person contacted you yet? If not, I hope he does. So we can sort this ASAP.

I know some people probably do this, but i'm not an idiot. If I were to scam 187m (Which I didn't) I wouldn't be dumb enough to make a post straight after asking for a 187m swap. I completely understand it looks fishy though.
