[2nd opinion please] Appealing ban

Hi, I was just banned for http://prntscr.com/7d3hdy. Apparantly, I am linked to the IP of realone, and this may be the case because I am using a vpn http://prntscr.com/7d3hlw for obvious reasons that I want to keep my identity safe online. It said I had the same intentions as realone on sythe, which I do not understand one bit how I do because I haven't checked his profile yet as I am currently banned so cannot see what he's selling/buying. If you check that user I am apparently linked with, you'll see nothing I have for sale is the same as what that user has for sale. Everything for sale that I have is different to what he has for sale (although i have not checked this) I am 100% certain none of my accounts im selling will be posted by him. I can 100% assure you I am not evading a ban as the only reason I am linked with his account, and also not to mention another account, is because I am on a VPN (cyberghost5). I joined sythe for the intention of selling items legitimately. You can also check my vouches as my vouches speak for that and can back me up when I say I am not evading a ban. I sincerely hope you look into this carefully as I am not the guy who I am apparently accused of being, thanks.

 

the match is on a vpn, but the join date is suspicious, especially with you joining on the same vpn that matches realone

i know i just wanted to tell u a few things. i am not a ban evader on sythe. ive been a legit user and have done various trades. you can see from my vouches. i also am 100% sure that the registration ip is different to realone as im on a vpn. it also said we had the same interests which is 100% false. i can here to sell accounts, he was here to do questing, ive never quested for anyone on sythe at all.

this is a paragraph i sent to superfluos on skype. ill say it again, im not an evader. realone was here doing questing, ive never ever quested for anyone. i was sellng accounts. ive done many successful trades on sythe and my vouches speak for it.

If i was lying and was an evader, you think i'd take the effort and time to post this? I'd make a new sythe and get back to scamming, which is what you guys apparently think ive done by saying im realone.

i hope this gets looked into in detail as i am very disappointed. i have 0 scam reports/evasion reports against me. i posted a report against someone to get him banned for scamming me (check my topics) and he posted one against me, he also said i was an evader. the outcome? he was banned and i wasnt.

also had a conversation with zuzel (OMM and ex mod) on skype which i can provide. thanks for your time.

Told to post from my home IP by Drento. I have never used my home IP on any website ive accessed, including runescape. my account was created on a VPN. I will not use my home IP on the internet for security reasons. I do not want to release my IP to to every single website out there. I've given a very detailed explanation for my appeal and I think it's unfair that I was banned straight away. I spoke to Superfluos on skype who even said he agrees with me and will be surprised if im not unbanned, and I know it's not his choice which is why he's asked for a 2nd opinion.

I will explain again. I was banned for being realone, and having the same interests. I can't view his interests (topics made) as im currently banned. I asked Zuzel (ex mod) to link me to his scam report and he was banned for scamming in a questing service. I have never ever done a questing service on my account, check my topics. I came here for the sole reason to use it as a forum but also to sell any runescape accounts/any other items that I don't use and want to get rid of. I had no open scam reports or evasion reports. I posted a report about one person, who scammed me when i requested a service off him and he made a counter report saying i was an evader. He was banned and I wasnt. If i was an evader, id just make another account and carry on without hassle. Why would i go through the pain of getting my account back? Because I am not a evader. Zum Zum is my only account I have used and only ever will be. I've said all that i possibly can say about this and i am really disappointed i had to go through this effort to get my account unbanned for a reason that was false (me and realone had the same interests). If the appeal is denied, then i'll re appeal whenever im allowed to because i AM NOT a ban evader. If i am denied, I hope you know that you banned a legit user (who has many legit vouches off successful trade in my vouch thread) who was a legit and respectable member to this community. I just wanted to add to my detailed appeal I have already given that when banned and accused of being realone, I had no control over it as I said before, I use a VPN. This being said, I can't check which users have accessed which IP address. I connected to an IP address and realone was already banned on that IP is my only comment to why I was linked with him. Apart from that, I have given a full detailed explanation in my other thread. Please merge.

I just want to reiterate the fact I urge the mod in charge to look into it in detail as I really was not ban evading. I had a conversation with Superfluous on skpye and I even told him that when using a VPN I cannot check which IP has had a banned user on it on sythe, so when I change my IP and access sythe I can't check if a banned user has previously been on sythe from that IP. Thanks for your time.

 

You've been given the option to post from your home IP and declined. We cannot accept your excuse as it would be the same for all evaders. Your actions are all too similar to others and have seen this reasoning before.

Until you chose to reconsider if you are in fact innocent - denied.

The IP I created my account off (the IP I'm posting this off) is my home IP address. I used that to create my account and since then I've tried to use a VPN at all times when on sythe when it allowed me to connect to it. Requested to post from a home IP by Drento.

 

The post you just made came from a VPN - we know the difference.
