Pandora's Box Legal High

Greetings Sythe, I really have no where to go, only one person I know has tried this legal high and has is real worried about me.

Basically, I went into a legal high store to pick up Salvia (Never tried it but always been curious as salvia is more an experience than a trip and by how harmless it was I was really eager to try it, Anyways, I got in the shop, and the woman went on about Pandora's Box and it's the most favorites etc and that Salvia ain't that great, so I ended up buying Pandora's Box, I thought it'd be like weed, put about 0.3 in a joint, if you know about Pandora's Box then you can gather what happened next, because I have never bothered with other legals such as Black Mamba and Annihilation which can by the sound of it cause the similar OD effects but I never built my way up and I wasn't aware of how heavy it really is. I was a bit silly to end up buying Pandora's Box but I did, and I OD'd on it, the effects are usually about 10-15minutes and I probably felt this for about 25 minutes, I had a panic attack as I was convinced I was going to have a heart attack, this can be a common cause reading up about it with ODing on Pandora's Box.

Since I taken it on 4 days ago I havn't felt myself, I've felt like I don't really know who I am and have been left really confused, I can't seem to really remember anything when I try to think from the past or upcoming future, like I ran a bath and didn't even put the plug in for about 20 minutes not realizing, I keep walking into walls, and my legs are like jelly, I'm agitated, walking up and down in lines, staring into the mirror at myself trying to understand myself? I feel like I can fall at any time, I feel mentally unstable, I have never done legals before other drugs and I've never felt ever how I've felt the past 4 days. I feel like a different person, but before I went and spoke to somebody about it I just wanted to check if anybody does know anything about this, is this known to happen? Any similar experiences? Anything to help with what i'm feeling?

Like stated above I would simply give it a little bit of time and drink a lot of water fluids are very good at flushing things out. If none of this works then I would go see a doctor.

 

Water is essential as these legals are often perceived as "purer" then pure (such as molly is the pure forum of ecstasy) and the chemicals can fuck you up big time especially if your not use to it.

I have friends that do molly when at concerts and there depressed/a mess for about a week after doing them. With what you did I can't tell you exactly how long it will be, but these moods and the "funk" your in come with doing them as your brain release much more then need chemicals and can't replenish them. I've seen just about ever drug and have been in the drug scene since i was 12. I personally haven't done most of it, but I know people who have and if you ever need help or have any questions drug related shot me PM, I will respond.

PS: since it was your first time the effects will probably last longer then a typical user so don't freak out about it, especially since you stated it was your first time with any legal.

 

fake bake is know and linked to causing mental break downs. Like if you have mental instabilities in your family you have a high chance of this happening. if you google it there are many cases of total Psychosis. Seek a doctor asap. Don't use fake bake ever. Stick to real natural weed.

 

What you were smoking was a blend of natural herbs sprayed with synthetic cannabinoids.

These are Research Chemicals, Not long discovered and there hasn't been any controlled human research, so all these "legal highs" can be extremely dangerous.

What you're going through now is the withdrawal/comedown. It is very hard to go through and I know exactly how you're feeling right now.

Also; What everyone has said about going to a doctor isn't necessary, They can't do much for you because they know nothing of these blends. You could go to your doctor and explain it all, but all these withdrawal symptoms will ease off in time.

Those "fake bake" legal drugs are so bad for you, they should be illegal.

 

The DEA are trying everything in there power to ban all these substances. The scariest part is that once one of these research chemicals gets controlled, a new, more potent and possibly more toxic chemical emerges and is put into the blends.

Also something I'd like to point out is that these blends are known to have "Hot Spots".

A Hot Spot is where when they spraying process hasn't been done properly, and allows certain parts of the blend to contain a lot more of the chemical than other parts. This meaning that one hit could be the best feeling ever, but then again an equal hit from the same bag could end up being 10x more potent, resulting in an OD.

Now people wont believe you can OD from smoke because of the whole "It's impossible to OD on cannabis", While that is actually true, It's because the active ingredient in cannabis is THC (tetrahydracannibol), which is only a partial agonist against the cannabinoid receptors in your brain, However a study was put out on an older synthetic known as "JWH-018", and it was known to be up to 100x stronger than THC on the receptors.


Another edit on this post; Those 'head shops' are more or less your average drug dealer trying to push the more addictive and stronger substances onto you. The head shops must make a ridiculous amount of money because of how cheap they get there supplies and then sell it for similar price to the illegal drug it's trying to replicate.
This story is a perfect example, Salvia isn't one of those ones you'd get addicted to, sort of a try once and then you'll probably flush the rest, but these blends on the other hand are a killer, the abuse potential is extremely high, such a hard hit on a little amount lasting a short term, the temptation to re dose, well I don't even need to say.

sounds like you've no idea what you're on about man, You've described the comedown of MDMA with depleted serotonin levels in the brain, not withdrawal from synthetic cannabinoids! When it comes to chemicals like these don't post information unless you know what you're talking about. Not being rude, it's just with substances like these that not much are known about, it's best not to post anything online that you don't know about, you could be providing anyone who stumbled across this page from a google search with misleading information.

I saw someone I work with get into these kind of things and he became a mess because he had no network of support. Talk to Fyz0rs, try and flush your system and stay away from them in the future.

Thankyou everybody that has replied, I have read Fryz0rs post and what woodcut ox described does sound more like a comedown, I've had speed, pills etc, and suffered a grim comedown, this is different, I feel safe, just not in full control of my body, I would strongly suggest keeping away from legal highs if you havn't bothered with them in the first place, I have woke up feeling a bit better than last night but the same as yesterday, just completely spaced out and confused, It's more I feel control of my insides and need the strength to control my body like I just have the idea? Kinda like a bit paralyetic, but if I keep moving I stay in control, that's why I keep walking, otherwise I drop back into the what I'm feeling, it sorta feels similar to a comedown, just I feel fine physically, but mentally unstable, i've recently gone through a bad time with my ex and she's really depressed me, maybe I was also in the wrong frame of mind to even be going trying salvia, was a complete bad move getting Pandora's Box but as I have no clue about it and theres only a little research online, thank you for all your posts, as long as I believe i'm fine and stop myself going into a paranoia I seem to be feeling side and just riding all the chemicals out my system

 

The only real thing is to see a doctor. You shouldn't put it off.

 

I've never smoked legal shit without feeling similar to how you do for atleast a day or 2 afterwards, never quite as extreme as you however. It could be just how you react to it. I've seen people that have panic attacks and stuff on it regularly, but I never have. I would say give it time and it should go away. I can't make any guarantees, maybe you should visit a doctor.

The stuff we have around here doesn't give panic attacks as an overdose, its just a possibility on how you might react to it. I'm sure it's pretty much the same shit, just a different name, so as long as you didn't have a seizure, it means you didn't OD and you'll be fine.

 

Reasons why I was wondering on effects is had to change to a different doctors and my earliest appointment is the 20th August, I think if I'm feeling like this still by tomorrow i'll stop off at the hospital and just make sure everything is okay, been speaking fryz0rs over PM and has made a lot of sense and I believe that i'll be fine Thankyou all though

 

It's not that I have no idea what I'm talking about, it's just I've never done any of these "legal" high products and have only witnessed friends do it. I was exactly clear on what I was trying to get across in my post because I don't care to learn the names of substances that I don't use. I was simply just trying to reference that some friends who also do molly have some of the same symptoms where there in control of themselves but have a hard time doing simple things like remembering. So i suggested water, If he where to come to me I would have came to me I would have one of my friends carry one the conversation.

 

Drugs aren't worth it.

Just letting everyone know I've came round, it caused major anxiety and paranoia, resulting me into posting on a website I buy RS gold for advice, thanks to everyone that posted though and for the PMs and information about it. Really helped me out, I'd suggest people stay away from it, even if banned the same chemicals will be in the next legal high the week later, would just stay away from them all, still feel a mild effect of it, but that's probably because of the amount I taken in and it still being in my system, Never had anything so yucky. Thanks again all!

That synthetic shit fucks you up. I don't remember the names of any thing I've had, but I almost got into a car accident and thought I was dying. I stopped at a gas station, got out of the car, and even though I was right down the road from my apartment, I had no idea where I was at..

I don't fuck with that garbage anymore.

 

Wouldn't touch legal highs mate tbh your better of just sticking to something like weed, legal highs are the worst thing.. There was a legal here called bubble or m-kat as they called it then they made it an illegal drug after a lot of people were overdosing and dieing from it, it was basically plant fertiliser and a shit version of coke, also don't get me started on the comedown it gave you the day after. Tl;dr stay off legal highs not worth it good luck recovering
