zz_merch scam

i recently bought a rs account. i had bought it from zz_merch for 15$ via paypal, and a few days later i found it was hacked/recovered. he told me that he had bought it for 25M RSGP, but found out it wasnt what he wanted, and seeing that i had offered for it as well, he emailed me and told me he wanted to sell it to me. i accepted it and sent him 17.00$ via paypal (a few extra dollars for the chargeback).
