rental account banned

Explanation of the trade: Rented my account to xbox range , he got it banned , he must be using my account is Mule and buying and selling gold from my account which it is against my T.O.S as stated on my Drs thread rentals as shown here on my thread .
He mentioned to me that he got other guy named @Searchy banned the other day and I wonder why he is still going and renting other guys account as mule and buying and selling from it !
and in his messages he is blaming me and got mad on me because he lost 1.4b and it is not his fault .here is his message , that is ridiculous and he has to be stopped getting our account banned is not acceptable ! here is the proof of the account banned for "RWTING"

Also, there's no way to prove that the person you were renting your staker to got it banned for RWT. Any instance of RWT on that account at any point could have led to it being banned; Jagex's system doesn't instantly ban people RWTing.

I'll give you a bit to update your pictures, but it's going to be difficult to pin blame here.

Thank you for the report @DrQuests glad I could make it just in time! Let's start off by saying this..

Offences you've committed on your own account while renting:

1.) Renting out your account is considered RWT.
2.) You take payments to your mule account, which is the same exacty IP linked to your staker account.
3.) You've involved yourself in RWT previously.

Why pin blame on me for your actions that led up to this? And @Superfluous you are correct, jagex does not INSTANT ban like that for RWT. I've not traded anyone else besides my own personal account from yours @DrQuests .

You put yourself at risk by even renting your account. Different IP's, others RWTing you name it.

 

and I can't understand this , he RWTed on @Searchy the other day and got it banned why he do it again , there is no excuse here for such action .. or is he because "baller" and acting smart using ours account as his RWT mule account ? taking the complete risk on our accounts ???

Why would anyone who has lost 1.7b deliberately try to lose more money doing the same (alleged) thing? This thread could easily have been posted by @xbox range claiming you owe him 1.4b because your account that he was renting was banned while his money was on it.

Either way, the conclusion is the same: This is a shitty situation, but it is not provably @xbox range's fault. It is also not provably your fault for that matter. The risk of bans is one of those things that should have been discussed prior to you renting your account out to people.
